I think Jake's referenced writing a couple of sketches but for the most part he just stares at his computer, has to write an email, gets mad at Amir, and takes personal calls. Amir, on the other hand, has created a miniseries, is a consultant (unpaid, sure, but whateva), and has like, 4 other jobs.

Amir actually owns college humor. In 2010 Amir watched 30 seconds of the trailer of Undercover Boss and badly misunderstood the idea. He spent like a bad amount of money pretending to be undercover and then actually became best friends with Jake and felt like he couldn't tell Jake without ruining their friendship. Amir is always late because he spends multiple hours per day running the company and in meetings and then dresses up or shows up to work in a goofy way to chill with Jake. Eventually Amir sold the company to Sam Reich and stayed in LA with Jake
