a much easier way to clean it is to lay a very wet paper towel on it immediately after cooking and close the lid, and let it sit there and cool while you eat. the wet towel will steam up the grill and loosen the gunk so you can easily wipe it off after you're done eating. Also, you should include the model number in your reviews because there is more than one model of George Foreman 2-serving grills. I have no idea which one this is.

Be careful, if the towel dries while the grill is still hot, it could catch on fire.

The grill heats evenly. The reason your chicken isn't charred all around is the thicker portion is keeping the grill from touching the thinner part of the breast which is the purpose of the sloped design. The thicker part should be placed closer to the front

Some person said the new one is better at keeping food from sticking on it. You can also pound the chicken to an even surface and it will cook faster and more evenly. it will clean up easier if you put a few wet paper towels in it and close until you are done eating.

I just bought a George Foreman grill from Walmart for less than $16 and I have a stake in it right now. It doesn't close all the way because the steak is so big but it's cooking. And it smells good.

How did it come out? Was it a ribeye? I’m tempted to get one of these because cast iron pans are a pain and my apartment doesn’t allow grills so I figure I can hide this one/ this is different enough to be an exception.

On the commercials they used to run for these they would show cleanup as one quick wipe of a sponge. Much more difficult to clean than the commercials show. But it is a handy product.

@bestkitchenreviews8 жыл бұрын
Hi Yusleidy, cooking spray should not be used because it can lead to buildup on the plates and reduce efficiency of cooking. You could try adding a bit of oil to your marinade for the meat. Hope that helps :)

Another easy way to clean is to put a soapy dish cloth straight after use, make sure cloth is wet but not dripping. Place on plate close lid for approximately 5-10 min. Easy Pezzy to clean after this method. Your welcome in advance. 🥰 ps, dont forget to use drip tray.

Hello there. I am totally blind, and I’d like to say that this review is awesome. Would you recommend this grill? Will this grill allow me to cook 2 burgers on it? I use to have an older George Foreman grill that allowed me to cook 2 hamburgers at the same time. I can’t recall if it looked like this particular grill. However, I got that grill from Walmart back in 2010.
