Although the comments were pretty hilarious 😂 , a lot of people cook up a bunch of food and freeze it so you don’t have to cook everyday. I also like how neat and organized he is. If more men were this neat I’d actually consider getting married and co-habitating with one.

Wow, sorry for all the rude comments! I appreciate the video. Good way to cook in bulk for easy meal prep. If I cooked 1lb of meat, I could see the paper possibly might not be as useful. Cleaning the grill in between all the batches would be a lot of extra work, so it does seem very useful in that setting. And you commented that cutting it to size helps keep the juices from running off the edges. I don’t personally use much parchment paper, mostly because I’m kinda thrifty lol. Lots of people do though!

He's white! I remember even my best friend in college who become room mate when we first moved to LA was doing the same with his cooking! Even my now wife ( interracial marriage ) used to not put much seasoning in meats either. We had to start cooking together time to time for her to improve on the seasoning. Now her cooking taste so amazing that I bring left over at work for my lunch break. One thing she always been amazing with since the beginning though is backing! I don't remember the last time I bought some cookies! Even cakes at some top specifizied shops around here doesn't taste as good as hers when she makes it at home ( and I'm not just saying that because she's my wife )

Foil works better because you can conform it to the grill and you don’t have to cut a template. Juices flow over and NO cleaning of the grill whatsoever. I also use foil to wrap meat up and use things like lemon juice or other liquids to flavor meat like chicken. It also works great with barbecue sauce.

Two points I used your parchment paper good idea but no need to cut to shape. Little larger works fine . 2nd point don’t put hot juice in bin one it stop splatter and two won’t melt your plastic rubbish bag But good ideas I liked it
@justnoted2995 Жыл бұрын
both your points are invalid: 1. the width of the parchment paper is a given, he cuts its length to allow drippings to land in the tray, 2. the drippings are not super hot and therefore it will not 'melt' the bin-liner; just be careful and not pour it from a height. His method is well proven over time.
@timmytheimpaler6 жыл бұрын
Why add the step of cutting the parchment? Does it really matter of it sticks out the sides?
@FunBubble6 жыл бұрын
if the paper sticks out the sides the juices and steam will run down the edges and drip on the counter. thats why i cut it to shape.

Plus you cleaned it one time after cooking 2 -12 months worth of ground turkey. I don't know how much or how often you use ground turkey. I'm sure it can be used in a variety of recipes. People who ask why you didn't add any seasoning, but of course you wouldn't if you're going to use it for different things, ie. tacos, lasagna, enchiladas, chili mac, etc. I would be interested in knowing what you cooked using that meat.

i warm it up in the microwave for 20 seconds then chop it up and add to soup or salad. i also rotate a container from the freezer to refridgerator so it is thawed out and easy to break up, i usually weigh a serving, i like to use 50 grams of cooked ground turkey per serving.
