About 10 years ago he was a sour puss. He was not happy and he wasn't playing out that much and he wasn't killing old Dokken tunes. He got back into it when people like Jeff Blando started paying attention to him and giving him some stage time. He's out of place without the right band around him. He's in his element shredding all the old Dokken songs it brought him back to life. Probably saved his life he didn't look good.

"Twice Lynch auditioned for the position of Ozzy Osbourne's lead guitarist - once in 1979, losing to Randy Rhoads. Lynch said, "I won the consolation prize. Randy got to tour with Ozzy...and I got to teach at his mom's school." He auditioned again in 1982 to replace Brad Gillis. According to Lynch, he was hired for three days before Osbourne changed his mind and decided to go with Jake E. Lee. Lee noted that Lynch "got the gig, but only went on the road for two weeks to watch the show and never actually played with Ozzy." Lynch stated in an interview that he played soundchecks at the side of the stage on a European tour with Osbourne and Brad Gillis as part of an extensive audition. He also rehearsed with the band in Texas, but was let go by Osbourne as the band moved operations to Los Angeles. Jake E. Lee auditioned on the day of Lynch's dismissal, and while Lee admittedly didn't play well the day of the audition, he looked the part and was offered the gig. Osbourne fired Lynch on the spot in front of Lee, whom Lynch had just met. Lynch was devastated and was struggling financially in those years. He had been working as a delivery man for a liquor store and was required by his employer to have short hair. Sharon Osbourne fancied Lee's "look" over Lynch's playing, and her influence likely finalized Osbourne's decision to hire Lee"

It’s a tour package called Rise of the Decades featuring All or Nothing, Terry Ilous’ XYZ, and Lynch Mob! After Lynch Mob does their regular set the boys from AON come out and jam some Dokken with George and then Terry from XYZ will come out and sing some as well. 🤘🏼

Title says WITH Terry Ilous and AON. Both are featured in the video. Young guys are part of a band called All Or Nothing (AON) and their frontman Brett Carlisle is also the frontman for Great White. Hope that helps.

Kinda sucks to hear George and Jeff trashing Don. Don is saying some shit that's pissing all of them off and I tend to side with Jeff and George. I've met Jeff and been to his house he's a cool dude and a real pro. He and george we'e the musical heartbeat of that band. We all know Dokken isn't shit without George and Jeff. I wish they could all just bury the hatchet. I guess there's a fair amount of money involved because of publishing rights and the contracts running out. LA always fucks up the best bands.

I agree that hearing Don getting trashed by George sucks (and is nothing new - hes done it since the 1980s), but saying Dokken ain't shit w/o George is not only wrong but childish. You need to actually listen to it, as Norum and Levin killed it w/Dokken. I'm not a Reb fan (WAY too much tapping), but John and Jon's material slays..

That's like him making the band calling them " "Dokken, featuring George Lynch" "Dokken W/George Lynch" Like I said, it's the same thing with "Starship: Featuring Mickey Thomas" All it is, is ego, "look at me, it's all about me, I want attention" I'm never going to a concert that features anybody, or is with anybody.
