It hurts to lose Pickens and my prayers go up for him for healthy and speedy recovery... BUT that RB room is LOADED and there is great talent at the WR position absolutely more than enough to run the table and get to Atlanta. Thank god for an easy schedule. Uncle Lou, no trust me. its much worse to be that team that should but "never does", no matter how much talent you recruit. Everybody asking, what's wrong, why can't you get over the hump? Star doesn’t have to worry with setting the edge against the run like the true OLB does. He can focus on pass rush from the Star and he plays the run much better in space than he does battling an Offensive Tackle and trying to stop the run.

To be fair, Carroll’s position switch may be a strictly spring numbers thing I don’t know. Maybe it’s for all season. I’d sure be surprised if he doesn’t switch back to RB.
