I found that being niche for just cats in the mostly dog-centered pet sitting market is quite lucrative. I made $10 for a long time teaching English online. I was efficient as possible with my money. I remember I managed to save my money for 5 months to go on a vacation. It was a VERY budget vacation but I was broke afterwards and it was so demoralizing. Then I just picked up a side hustle which gave me an extra $100-$300 per month on average. I did that for a couple of years and the VP of the company called me and said they were very happy with my work and offered me a full time position. I now make $40 an hour and my life has completely changed. So do your best even at a low paying job and it can turn into something great.

One thing to consider, and this may not be a side hustle by your definition, would be waiting tables. When I graduated college I had a lot of student loan debt and some credit card debt. My full-time job didn't pay very well so I started waiting tables nights and weekends. I was able to live off of the cash i made from serving and I used 100% of my full-time income to pay bills and pay down debt. It was insane and i was working 70-80 hour weeks, but it got me in a much better place after 18 months. I did have some restaurant experience but waiting tables is something that pretty much anyone can do.

Trash can cleaning as a side hustle is pretty legit. Especially if your neighborhood trash gets picked up on Friday and you can do it saturday mornings. You could earn 100-200 in a morning depending on how much you want to do and all you need is a small pressure washer, a long-ish brush, few chemicals, etc. Can probably get started for $300 or less.

🌱Another person here to vouch for lawn care! My husband and I mow lawns for family members, local businesses and landlords in our area. He’s got the skill & handsome charm to get clients, I handle the calendar & receipts. Yes it’s seasonal, time consuming and you should invest in good equipment… but overall enjoyable and potential for high earning. Like George said, charge per job not per hour. We made an extra $1,500 last month doing this outside our full time jobs. Bonus if the client is home they usually don’t mind watching our kiddos while we clean up their property.😊

I have done pet sitting for years as a side hustle and done very well with it. One con of pet sitting is there is a lot of wear and tear on your car with driving from home to home, since I book 30 minute visits and care for the clients pet in their own home. Insurance and bonding is a must. Also, dog sitting tends to be mostly when clients go out of town. So, that can turn in to several visits per day (morning,noon, and late evening) since most dogs need to be walked or let out for potty breaks several times a day. Which can turn into an all day early AM to late PM schedule. Cat care for me has actually worked best to work around my career job, since cat care is generally 1 visit per day and an anytime visit. So, that way I can easily fit it around my other work schedule.

Car detailing does require some skill, especially if you add any sort of restoration services such as headlight restoration or paint correction. To clean a car well you have to have a level of attention to detail that a lot of people don't have. To clean a car without damaging it you need to know what you can and can't do to clean something (for example, you only touch paint with microfiber towels, not cotton bath towels). Basically finding the least aggressive method to clean it that you can depending on the material and age of the material. It also requires being able to market your services. That's something I wasn't able to do as well. I did it as a side gig for about a year and made money on it, but it was a tough sell because it's a service people don't absolutely need so when people are budgeting for what they do need vs what they don't need, car detailing gets cut pretty quick. The other tough sell is explaining the difference between a car detail and a car wash. When you can spend $20 at a drive through car wash and get it pretty clean, people think it's crazy to charge a couple hundred for a detail. Some of my detail jobs I spent 10-14 hours on. My basic exterior and interior jobs took me 6 hours.

My current side hustle is selling some items on Ebay. It's not exactly reselling, though. I had collected a lot of stuff in the past that I wasn't fond of anymore, or things I still love but that I wasn't displaying and those things were taking up space. Ultimately, what I've realized is that I don't need them, so I am selling them to others who will appreciate them more. It takes a little money to get going as you need packing supplies, but other than that, you just need some free time and your phone camera. I'm just a hobby seller but I've done some selling in the past to recoup money from purchases I regretted or had grown apart from. The buyers can be frustrating, but that's just part of the experience, I guess.

I work overnight, so I’m always home for daytime dog drop offs and pick ups. Also you definitely do not have to be home 24/7 with the dogs. Figure out personalities and group the ones that get along together in different rooms. I can go out at 10am and come home at 6-7pm and everything always still good. As long as dogs are safe and fed, being home is not required. Only con - I clean my house twice a day and it still feels dirty.

My girlfriend and I started our own business. I've been doing many of these over the years. What I'm going to say is, if you're not willing to cough up the money, you're going to have to commit to the time. Whether it is to buying less expensive equipment that's not as efficient, or learning to use social media to your advantage, all of it takes time to learn. You get to do it YOUR way without anyone else telling you, so it's 100% you, but it takes more time compared to if you outsourced. When we first started our business we had a fraction of the equipment we have today. While we got sales, now, we're scaling to produce more and our equipment is growing along side it. We can produce more at a quicker rate and can use the time we have more efficiently! We're still learning everyday and have A LOT to learn, but it's things we've learned over time!

I can vouch for the Print on Demand side hustle. You are not guaranteed money until someone makes a purchase on what you sell. I have a Zazzle account now that has been up for about a month and a half and zero sales. You will really have to market yourself and your products! So you can go a full month without sales, almost wasting time creating designs that don't sale.

Exactly! There are too many established sellers on these sites. Moreover, the products are no longer original gifts because everyone has already received a special mug in the 15 years that the concept has existed.

This is going to be a different bull market. With AMS28K coming to scene. Ben basing off previous speculative markets. I can see 300,000 next bull run.🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉

What about national guard or army reserve?
@ShanaeBeautiful7 ай бұрын
I'm in Air Guard for 3 years now, I have 5 years left, and won't be re-enlisting when my contract comes time to renew. monthly pay is like $250 dependant upon rank you qualify for upon enlisting (if you have degree or not yet). Your committing essentially 8 years of your life for that small pay, id say not worth it. Granted yes, you can also utilize the education benefits to go to back to school and relatively low cost heath care with tri-care. Again, id say unless you have strong desire to serve country do something else where your not committing almost a decade of your life.
