Phil played ignorantly, I recently played though MGS3 for the first time myself and can tell you I didn't have half the issues or problems Phil did. Did I forget what to do? Yes. Did I sit and bitch about poor game design? No, I opened up the Codec like the game told me to do in the opening. "Contact me on Codec if you need advice."- Major Zero Did I forget how to use a weapon? Yes. Did I botch about the game 'not explaining' how to use it. No, because I read the big text window in front of my face that told me how to use the weapon.
