This is great thank you! how would you go about darkening these even more? more food dye? adding black? ive heard adding black kind of just "kills" the colour, and im assuming more food dye will just make it more intense (and slightly darker and richer) but not very dark?

How do you get your buttercream so white I have tried the purple but it’s still not white white I do use all butter. I make mock Swiss meringue buttercream can I replace some butter with shortening? Thanks in advance
