I was on your chat but I came late . I have an autistic son with other health issues he do get SSI and Ssdi from his father. The question is that 6 years ago I was diagnosed with major depression, generalized anxiety disorder and psychosis I’m 54 years old and I’m thinking to apply for SSDI I worked for 27 years do I have a chance for benefit.

Had my 7 year SSDI review about 3 months ago, never heard anything from SS. I’m not sure that I’ve ever been so stressed out. Any advice?

They don't do such a good job telling you that they are going to do nothing. You just have to wait - but generally speaking no news is good news.

My attorney and I a hearing with a ga judg in macon she deny me I have heat attack had to get 3 Stitch in my heart disease my nerves back diabetes footpain and she didn't give my 3 doctors reports any weight and the appeal counsel remanded her back with inscription how to handle my case that she really need to do mycase all over again she didn't take any all 3 doctors limitations into consideration what do u that about my case good are bad and I have all 40 credit and I am 49
