If you watch closely after Katarina sticks her dagger in the ground, she flips over Elise, then the camera moves behind a pillar and Kat is on her dagger again. If i recall correctly Katarinas daggers are bound to her with blood magic, so she can teleport to her daggers

If she can blink to any arbitrary person then she should be able to blink to any arbitrary object, including her weapons, without the need for blood magic.

Apparently this Bite marks 2025 cinematic chapter 1 is one of more than there are chapters in League of Legends so there will be cinematics for it. Plus we will see a new League comic soon and it seems to me that the Arcane Ambese Chosen of the Wolf book is still available in English and in february book will be public.

Theory time: My thoughts are that this is a younger Darius, years before the establishment of the Trifarix. Maybe right after he has become the Hand? He will get a new axe, a big beefy one like the one in 2XKO! I also think that the Silken Dance isn't a one time game event, but rather a Black Rose tradition used to conduct sensitive business and scout new possible members. If it happens say every 5 years or so, then It is possible that all the champs who have skins, do eventually attend a Silken Dance, just maybe not the one in this cinematic. I think Arcane happens much earlier on the timeline than most fans think and that the next show should pick up with Mel and her return to Noxus as matriarch of the Mardardas. Boram Darkwill should still be ruling Noxus, and this should be before the the 1st invasion of Ionia. I think that the item LeBlanc tricks Darkwill into looking for in Ionia is a Darkin weapon and that is what starts the 1st invasion. We know because of Legends of Runeterra that there are Darkin weapons in Ionia, and they do technically let you live forever if your bound to them, so..... The raven at the end of Arcane probably was just Raum, not Swain yet. Singed being a wanted man in Piltover-Zaun has also fled to Noxus, where he will be recruited by their military to make weapons. The main storyline should be the things happening in Noxus before and during the Ionian invasion, Darkwill's fall, and the rise of the Trifarix. I want this to be about 4 seasons. I think Rell should be introduced as Mel's unknown twin! Ambessa should have been the person running the Black Rose's mage School/weapons project. It was a deal she made with LeBlanc in order to add mages into her bloodline. According to the deal, she was to give all arcane gifted children to the Black Rose for training, but she hid Mel's power instead and sent her to Piltover partially for that reason. When she told Mel about having to sacrifice one child for another, maybe she wasn't just talking about Kino. Mel and Rell, I think that would be interesting. We might get a few scenes of the war because the latter half of this show, Seasons 3 & 4, take place during the Ionian invasion, but it shouldn't really focus on that. The main plot should focus inside the political machinations of NoxusI I would have the next show after Noxus, be in Demacia. It would be 5 seasons. S1 would start about a year or so before the Noxus show ends. It would set up characters like Lux, Garen, Jarvan IV, Sylas, Poppy and Fiora, as well as have major flashbacks to Targon with the story of Pantheon, Kayle, and Morgana. S2-S4 would address the system of the mageseekers, continue progression of the Kayle/Morgana story, give side stories for Shyvana and Fiddlesticks and show the creation of Galio. S5 would have the full outing of Lux as a mage and the full Mage Rebellion. In the very last episode Jinx would show up to help Demacia rebuild and restructure their society and start to build a life long friendship with Lux. This canonically should start around the same time as the last year of Arcane's story, Outside of flashbacks, this should be about a 5 year story. Sometime after the Noxus show ends, but before the Demacia show does, a theatrical movie release should happen. It should be a story about Jinx in a Bilgewater adventure. That is where she headed after leaving Piltover-Zaun. After a high speed, adrenaline pumping, gun blazing pirate adventure with Miss Fortune, and being tested by Illoai, she should head to Demacia. The events of the movie should happen at the same time as Miss Fortune taking down Gangplank and replacing him as leader of Bilgewater. Her and Jinx can start off at each others throats, and then combine forces to beat Gangplank. They could introduce Nilah here and coincide a new champion drop ingame with Jack, The Winner! He's a badass Sharkman who made some unknown deal with Tahm Kench. Also, they should show the origin of Pyke, not the champ as we know today, just the incident that cause his creation. Also, in LoR Miss Fortune has a monkey idol that is stated to have been taken by her from some old enemy. Also, there is a slot machine robot that had a 3 bomb jackpot and actually blew up the 1st time someone hit it. They've since fixed the robot but removed the bomb function.. I think it would be cool if Jinx was the original designer of the robot and made the idol in a buhru temple.

I'm so exciting for whatever they're cooking for the story, I really want to see Swain in a Fortiche animated show. (Fortiche pronounced For Tiche (Like "niche") The shore that Mel lands on is the same shore that Ambessa survived on at the end of her cinematic, The wolf the symbol also have the emblem of the Medardas on it's forehead, signifying even more that it's Mel. The part with Darius and Trundle is set in the past, it's a younger Darius before he become one of the Trifarix leaders, he only looks to be a commander here. Trundle can wield true ice because he's an Iceborn, If you're not Iceborn most will die on the spot just from touching it which makes Darius even more badass since he's not Iceborn. Darius's axe shattered after striking Trundle. The vision Mel had could also signify that she can sense the darkness beneath the Immortal Bastion. Vladimir's and Leblanc redesign looks so good. Vladimir is a Hemomancer (Bloodmage) who learned his magic from the Darkin, he's also a distant uncle to Viego. Leblanc mentioned the calamity that is approaching in Piltover (Viktor) in episode 8. 21:00 It could be either be Riven or it could have something to do with the Darkin since they're inhabiting weapons and that would explain why Vlad don't seem to agree to her plan since he's well aware how dangerous they are.

The entire trailer is set in the past. The Arcane timeline is 10-20 years before most of the events in current LoL lore. So at this current point in time, Swain hasn't made a contract with Raum yet (or we'll most likely see it happen/be alluded as a recent event) and everyone's younger.

@ Swain made a contract with Raum on the Second Invasion of Ionia, which hasn't happened yet in Arcane. Besides, it's entirely possible that Raum doesn't really need Swain to collect secrets, but they made a contract because of the access Swain can give to him. For Swain to appear in the new Noxus centric series, they could tweak the dates so the invasion has just happened (and maybe introducing Swain late, or even before making the contract) so that we can see him as we know him, but I'd reckon that seeing him change would be a good character arc, so I'm more inclined to think we'll see him pre contract first, and then post contract. I'd also imagine that the institution of the Trifarix (and the death of the current King) would be a cool thing to display, so it all more or less aligns for a couple of seasons of show.

But Ekko Convergence is not is the some Arcane continuity if you watch on KZbin Convergence post credit scene you will know why. 15:23 Not a parallel but they both take inspiration from a reference used a lot in art for two different purposes, with Victor the Halo is literal/part of his design, used to mimic certain pieces of the divine(Renaissance and Romanticism inspo) where as here with Mel (who in the opening of S2 and through out the season has been shown to be the Sun/the sunrise to Ambessa's sunset) It's showing her causing as an Eclipse.

I think LeBlanc is looking at Darkin. The blade looks similar to Naafiri's, with the eye inside. The reason why Vladimir would be so put off by using the darkin is because he was mistreated heavily by the darkin, he got his powers from their bloodmagic but it was like torture to him

I think Mordekaiser is going to be a big but unspoken focus of whatever Noxus is cooking. Leblanc's entire goal afterall is to vanquish him for good, I believe she's trying to find suitable weapons to finally put a stop to him, it's only a matter of time after all until he finds a way out of his prison. (Plus if the Wild Rift trailer is anything to go by, it could well be that Thresh is on his way to unleash Mordekaiser on the world)

And with Mordekaisers power he would just always come back from there. The only other 2 options that come to my mind are: 1. Throw him into the void, but that would probably be even more dangerous as he could come back as a twisted void lord. 2. Let every living being forget him, so that the Etherfiend deletes him from the world

Riot is streamlining their storyline by weaving it in the cinematics and future media projects. I hope they continue to use Fortiche for all their future animations. It’ll help with the continuity. Overall, great business and storytelling decision on the part of Riot.

Darius is still young in this cinematic Katarina and Elise have new skins and Mel in her visions fought with reanimated soldiers like Sion #Grey Legion Katarina has her new daggers from the Katarina comic where she had love at first sight with Garen which is a prequel to the Mageseeker RPG and a continuation of the Lux comic. Mel was in the same place where a pregnant young Ambessa fought in the Blood sweat and tears cinematic. Leblack and Vladimir are apparently talking about darkin who will survive Twilight of the Gods like Aatrox,... apparently Valeeva sister of Varus could be the New 5th darkin champion for League of Legends??

Elise is part of the black rose so she was protecting that target guy, this is party host by the Black rose there is even a skin line about it is where Katarina on elise designs come from , Katarina is here mostly like on orders from Swain as she works under him Funny how the only other thing you know about Katarina aside her job is her relationship with Garen, tho in lore they have not yet get together (she does have a crush on hin tho) they are one of the oldest ships on the game with a LOT of other Champions having voice lines commenting on this

I'm fairly certain it's Naafiri, the blade is very similar to her dagger, and the eye is in the right place. Plus they're talking about what they could weaponize to use, presumably against Mordekaiser, and Vlad seems very hesitant about what she's proposing. He suggests they make use of Mel instead. This is important because we have to remember that Vlad was there during the Darkin age, he was a slave under them and learned his hemomancy through them. If there's anyone in League's lore that would be aware of how dangerous it is to try control a Darkin, it would be him. It /could/ just be suggesting Darkin in general, which would be cool if they're going to do a movie in the long run, setting up the Darkin as one of the main villains of the 'franchise'.

great reaction as always! Imo this cinematic is perfect. It lures the people into the game since we got the first(of3) game season (per year from now on) focusing on noxus and at the same time it also shows non-players what noxus is about and what to expect for the next show. It slowly reveals more about the other races and magic of Runeterra. I doubt that this event will be in the next show (black rose ball) but it might be referenced ;). Also, Mordekaiser is getting an exalted skin this season which hints at him being the center around the story behind this season for the game. Riot never tells a story twice so I believe they will have a story set for the game for now and we get other plots for the next show ;) Anyways, I am totally excited! Also, seeing this cinematic makes me believe they are quite far into the next show. They already have the full models ready for Vladimir, Katarina, Elise, LeBlanc, Darius and Trundle :D Amazing first impressions for non-league players: - Also, for me personally Elise is the star of this cinematic - she comes off very creepy which I love for her character! Also very much finesse and elegance while fighting with Katarina. Both look incredible ! - Trundle and Darius show the brutality of Noxus crushing each other ^^ [side note here: both are younger than we know them in current league] - Mel shows the overwhelming power of magic invading Noxus - LeBlanc and Vladimir plotting as usual ^^ ----- -yes, Mel is patched into the game after this cinematic got released :) -the wolf with the Medarda symbol on his forehead symbolizes Mel on the wall - the scene cuts to Mel right away when they show it ;) -Elise is not really redesigned here - Katarina and Elise just have the "Masque of the Black Rose" skin which is referencing that this is the event. But both skins are really good! -on the other hand, LeBlanc is actually getting a rework and this is her new design -a bsolutely stunning and way more fitting in my opinion , especially wiht how they set her up in Arcane

I am not sure myself but the blade with an eye could have something to do with the Darkin, since they're all sealed into weapons and often can be depicted as weapons with living parts. Possibly the "bolder" is trying to gain control of a Darkin as a powerful soldier? While I don't think the blade is the right shape based off memory, a quick example you could see where one of them has an eye at that spot on the blade is Naafiri, before they took over the wolf their cinematic shows the dagger with an near the hilt.

I think it'll be Riven when she's younger and gets the blade, like she'll be one of the main characters of the series, and we'll then see what happened in Ionia with her and why she abandons Noxus, likely with Singed playing a role as per the lore, and then the next series after Noxus will be about Ionia after the invasion of Noxus.

at the end blade has eye...like a living thing...and what living blades are in league lore? darken (aka. ascended warriors that was tainted by void and then banished into the weapons)...this could mean darken war (we had one in league lore a long time ago...and it was very bad)...and lets just say vlad has history with darken and know how bad they can be to the world itself so he is basically saying "THIS IS BAD IDEA"
