( im half Malaysian and I can attest to this ) Malaysia is known for some of the best food :) we have 3 majority races here, malay, Chinese and Indian, so our food is truly a fusion of that culture. The best naan and roti canai I have to say, is in Malaysia 😬 Happy to send a food list for anyone visiting!

If you came back to the UK towards Christmas time, you'd be able to go to the Christmas markets which always have amazing food. The Yorkshire pudding wrap is everywhere, so are crepes and bratwurst sausages (sorry I dunno how to spell that). There's also mulled wine and loads of other stuff thats really good. Plus the markets are always really pretty, and you can get some really cute souvenirs from the stalls.

It would be sooo cool if you both could visit Poland. Not only for regional food like variety of pierogi (obviously) but in Warsaw there’s a place with vegan ramen which I personally love! it’s called (drum roll) Vegan Ramen Shop! Also Chinese steamed dumplings in Pełną Parą (Full Steam). If you gonna visit Warsaw you should also see Nocny Market (Night Market). For the dough sticks (油條in mandarin literal translation is oil sticks/ 炸兩in canto literal translation is ‘fry two’) is normally eaten with porridge! But there is a sweet version, it’s my personal absolute fav, and in canto it’s called 牛脷酥 (literal translation: ox tongue pastry), it’s a bit more beignet like than the dough sticks, but both are top tier ✨
