As a THAI, I’ve never clicked on your vid this fast 😭. lil info Here’s how we call foods included in the video in thai 5:04 - BAMBOO SALAD / ตำหน่อไม้ (pronounced tum-ngo-mai) it is typical food from north-east of thailand along with papaya salad (or som-tum) so it’s spicy in general. 5:48 - ไส้อั่ว (pronounced sai-ua) as you described! it's from northern of thailand (wait, did you said iRelANd?) 6:35 - Cashew Stir Fried : ผัดเม็ดมะม่วงหิมพานต์ (pronounced pad-ma-muang-him-ma-pan) i only eat this one when going to restaurant so i'm not used to it. 7:37 - รวมมิตร (pronounced ruam-mit) as you described again. it’s just like a mix of many sh*t 😂. but it's very common thai sweet anyway. 8:53 - PANDAN PUDDING / we usually call it ขนมเปียกปูน (pronounced ka-nom-piak-poon) i was confused of ‘ka-nom-piak’ at first. 10:15 - SWEET ICE CRUST / น้ำแข็งไส (pronounced nam-khaeng-sai) (sai [ไส] in the word mean ‘to crush something’ so nam-khaeng-sai mean ‘to crush ice [nam-khaeng]’) i was craving for this all the time in summer. 12:50 - THAI TEA / ชาไทย (pronounced cha-thai) another very typical one but i prefer drinking it without adding boba because i think it’s for fancy. 13:58 - PULLED PORK SANDWICH or DRIED SHREDDED PORK SANDWICH if you will / ขนมปังหมูหย็อง (pronounced ka-nom-pang-mu-yhong) it is common filling for bread or sandwich here and it must come with mayonnaise. 14:37- FRIED BANANA / กล้วยทอด (pronounced kluay-todd) very bomb. 15:01 - SWEET POTATO BALL / there are a lot of name to call this one and we are arguing over this all the time about the exact name but i call it ไข่หงส์ (pronounced kai-hong). this one is my childhood memory. 15:24 - MANGO STICKY RICE / ข้าวเหนียวมะม่วง (pronounced kaw-neow-ma-muang we all know how amazing it was with asian mango. (tips : different colors of sticky rice are from natural ingredients such as, green from pandan leaf, blue from butterfly pea) but not gonna lie, this thai market in berlin look exactly like street-food market in thailand, just including more foreign language signs.
