Looks like you're using the full 12-mile version, rather than the 5.2-mile version from 1959. i mean, Boavista/Porto is pretty straightforward overall. It may be a street circuit, but it's not like Monaco in terms of all the niggly little bits. And if anything, Sebring is like an even more straight-forward street circuit, where the only sort of "odd" corners are "the Esses". Both have about 15 turns, and multiple spots where the AI could over-slow.

I kinda forgot about the short layout I must admit 😬 There is an issue with Sebring that I noticed when I was getting footage for the trailer that the cars just wont stop for the Webster Turn & get sent flying off the sandbank. Hopefully there has since been an update which fixes that issue otherwise I may have to use the modern Sebring instead 🤔

This is Rubbish ! 1959 was not on the prewar circuit and did not feature these drivers . It was a terrible place and had tragic circumstances !

This is a video game, chill out 🤦♂️. The beauty of simulators is that you can experience whatever you want, wherever you want. Instead of crying about it on the internet, perhaps you should pick it up & try it yourself 👌

Sorry Mate but I don't see what the point is as opposed to the real thing ,even at club level@@MotorMad

@@mauricelevy9027 The point is quite clear. Can you drive a Lotus 16 around a lap of AVUS, including the wall of death, in a grand prix race setting now? The answer is no. So, what's the next best thing? A simulator 👏. And since you say that you don't get the point of it, stop hating on something that you don't understand. The world would be a much better place without that kinda stuff.

I find plenty of footage of many of the races that i want to watch ,often in black and white but then ,whilst seeking them sites Monoposto racing club appear and all they are is someone playing at racing .What i wanted is The Mono club ,then You see heading such as"modern F1 Does Avus ", where's the reality .Do we all need endless fantasies nowadays ,like war games etc.?@@MotorMad

@@mauricelevy9027 There is no reality because AVUS doesn't exist anymore. Simulators are the perfect way to experience the history of motorsport so we don't just stare at old footage & constantly wonder what it might have been like. If younger people today are taking an interest in the history of motorsport because of games like this, then what's the problem? Life's too short to having to stick to historical accuracy all the time. You mention war games, Battlefield 1 brought in a renewed interest into the first world war because people enjoyed that game. I myself bought & restored an original Mark V Martini Henry simply because I found interest after using it in that game. So if people want to experience what old spa was like via a video game, then that's awesome isn't it? Once again, don't knock it until you try it
