Wow, i cant believe it u really did something from my country. In Poland theres actually no cucamber in flaki. My girlfriend hates this soup, but for me is one of my favourite. That Was nice to see flaki on your channel. Thumbs up 4u.

Ich vermute mal, dass viele ältere Menschen das tendenziell eher kennen, da diese noch eher Innereien im Essen kennen und man sich sonst nicht viel über sowas unterhält. Warum ist das jetzt wichtig?

It is a recipe from the 19. century. I have never seen it on a Street market market myself and most butchers do not sell intestines anymore. But my greatgrandma used to cook this and a lot of other intestines. German cuisine has become a lot more international, but thia dish is very german.
