I still have a question on that part of blocked account..what if yo have a family member or a friend who is Germany and is wulling to accommodate yo...is there still still on Blocked account?.How am i supposed to go about it?

You will need them to write a letter like I said in the video to the consulate in Germany stating everything they will do for you
