I took a liver shot in high school while playing football, legit thought I was dying and had no idea why. The scariest thing about a liver shot was that your legs go out and you can almost feel your heart like struggling to force blood into your veins.

Maybe you can explain how much pressure it takes to break a rib or 2? That’s obviously a liver shot KO, but just how strong are the ribs compared to other bones in the body?

That was beautiful. I'm happy for Davis. He put Garcia in his place and shut him up 👏..
@timpage5021 Жыл бұрын
Idk fight you was watching but García was lighting Davis up. There’s so much crap that went on in this saga. 1st García trained for weeks upon weeks for the original scheduled fight. But Davis couldn’t make weight ( claiming injury) . And García was hurt a week earlier in sparring by a Mongolian undefeated up and coming fighter. He then went on to sell that information to Davis camp.. Look it up on twitter for yourself of dude admitting he was a Davis mole in Garcías camp.. Dudes a fn snake and hopefully karma snatches his head. But you can see Davis was 6 times as many body shots from round 1 on then any fight he’s had previously.. Why ? Because he had prior knowledge García was hurt in sparring.
@randomphantom8242 Жыл бұрын
@@timpage5021 Who won the fight? Let's see if we were watching the same fight. There's only one guy who got knocked down with a head shot, and then down again with a rib shot, and then quit...And it wasn't Tank... Am I right? Lol

Liver shot is crippling pain. Its a terrifying experience because even if you can get up you know you cant fight back or even defend yourself. If theres too much time in the round its actually kind of silly to get up. You've already been check mated.
@kingdingaling2469 Жыл бұрын
This is the best coverage on this I’ve seen yet . You have the best clear shot of the punch and everything that came with it Then You break that down Best too. Well Done 👍 👏 👏👏👏

I received a liver kick once in sparring, the feeling is crazy! It's like your body shutdown, you feel pain everywhere and you can't stand up. The sensation of not being able to breath is desperating. It's silly that some people is still saying Ryan quitted.

This reminds me of the blow to the heart with Demar Hamlin with the exception of a hit to the specific part of the heart called "Commotio Cordis, " which causes cardiac arrest that stops the heart. I'm relieved that we did NOT see a repeat of that night of Hamlin. I hope the boxer is in the hospital and getting the best treatment. 🙏🏽 Blessings. Thank you for sharing, Dr. 💗
