@26michaelukАй бұрын
My dad nearly died that way. Feel off a ladder and lacerated his spleen. The ER doctor said he was ok but my dad refused to leave and demanded to see another doctor. As soon as he stepped in the room he said prep him for surgery immediately as he was turning yellow from all the internal bleeding. They had to remove his spleen and the doctor later testified in our lawsuit against the first doctor and hospital that he had about 10 to twenty minutes to live had he left when they tried to force him to. The fact he's made it to 83 without a spleen for 30 years is a miracle unto itself. So is his refusing to leave. He told me something was telling him not to leave very strongly. I'm sorry about your friend. The doctors should've caught that. They didn't take the time to really look because you can't miss that unless it's just a cursory glance at them (I'm an X-ray tech). Again condolences to you for your loss.

Great video Doc! Just wanna say, Aspinall’s finished Volkov, Pavlovich and Blaydes all in the first round, three out of the top five heavyweights (Aspinall ranked 1st). What else more has Aspinall got to prove to Jones that he has done enough (Tom’s done pretty much all he can at heavyweight). Jon Jones is just belittling Aspinall, cherry picking easier fights. Aspinall is the BEST in the heavyweight division (and fastest) and Jones doesn’t fancy the risk! Keep up the good work!

I immediately thought of the left kidney. However, I also thought of the mid-to-upper stomach and pancreas, neither of which you viewed as in possible peril. Since prior to a fight, the stomach would likely to be near empty, a really hard blow might impact the pancreas sufficiently to do tissue injury.
