Soooo there is this one guy that tells me I bring out “the animal” in him everytime he’s with me and he feels like a real man because I remember to be my natural feminine self with him and most importantly listen to him and let him Make his own decisions. He’s been texting me more recently after I started using these techniques and been asking me more intimate questions than before. Wow, team fem let’s go!! I love it!!

I've been practising leaning back and listening these last two months, both on a few dates, on male colleagues, on my ex-husband and even on my teenage son ... I feel I get very positive feedback and it feels good inside me too. I've been on two dates with the same guy this week, and after our first date, he texted me right afterwards to tell me how much he enjoyed it and that I had "a nice aura". This has never happened to me before - if they give any compliments at all, they normally talk about my feminine way of dressing, my looks and sexiness and my conversation, and they never contact me right after the date but rather wait some time. It's nice to have compliments on how you look and on being a great conversationalist, but that "aura" thing went right to my heart.

I realised a long time ago... I get sick of hearing myself complain, I don't want to hear it and it is exhausting being in that energy. No one else wants to hear it or be in that energy either! So now I allow myself to feel what I feel and then choose to not put energy into it and no need to even express or share 99% of that stuff with anyone. I not only find my life has improved and I feel free and flow better, am more in my feminine state, love life, enjoy everything, am more full of energy but others love being with me and always comment of my confidence. Yet I simply feel I am just being me, knowing I can handle life and am comfortable in my own skin. Love your channel and advice.

Thank you so much for what you do. I am a feminist and all my life I fought to impress, create, and so on. You helped me understand what my energy really is. It's what I feel in meditation: I"m a kind of peace princess. And I think I know also what that blissful and even sexual energy is: when it all flows together: trust, openness, love of life, love of self, love of other. I want to feel that more often and let go of trying, manipulating, and all that other junk my mother taught me!

Adrienne, thank you so much for sharing this information, it has been sooo helpful to me, including the book and the programs I have purchased. I have a question if you have a moment to address it, perhaps in a video, but I was wondering what to do when you ARE in your feminine energy, leaning back, relaxed and soft, open, grounded, present...and the man's energy shifts into that competitive energy you spoke of, becomes more aggravational, like high-strung or slightly aggressive, like he's up in his head, talking talking talking, not very relaxed or present with you, bouncing around perhaps or complaining about something or just really excitable but in that competitive energy mode.....and it's uncomfortable to be around and you just don't feel connected with him....AND especially what do you do when he directs that towards you and pokes at you trying to get a rise out of you, interacting with you in a way where he may be teasing but it's confrontational and puts you on defense, it feels competitive, like you have to defend yourself or stick up for yourself....I don't understand why they do this I feel like they are uncomfortable with too much connection so they disconnect and go into high-school boy mode...treat you like you're their little sister or something....it's really a turn off for me....and challenging to handle without getting pushed into my masculine....I'd love to hear your advice on this if you have time to share, thank you so much!!! xoxo
@AdrienneEverheart5 жыл бұрын
Great questions! I'm so sorry he is being this way and men so often can behave like this. Two things here: Boundaries & Feeling Statements. FS: I feel so small being spoken to this way. Boundary: This tone scares me. I'm going out for a walk now and I'd like to talk once things are calm. (Then Walk Away!) With the FS, don't overdo it. Just very short and to the point. You need not sit and endure a man forever going on. It's ok to get bored. It's ok to feel uncomfortable and leave. Gently let him know why you are walking away and you'd like to talk when things feel calm. In "500 Ways" I talk about: I am feeling arrows of anger aimed at me right now. I am curious how you feel? Try some of these but most importantly, take care of you and get out of there if it feels bad. xoxo!

I mentioned having a third date yesterday. I feel as thought I was tapped in to so so much of what you’re talking about here. I was more talkative and playful the first two dates, and he expressed really enjoying his time with me and wanting to see me again both times. Our third date I reminded myself to “get into my feminine energy” as if maybe I was too “masculine” previously. His response was quiet and cold. He dropped me off, didn’t hug me, and I didn’t hear from him afterwards or today like I usually have been. Ive has a hard time, wondering what was wrong. You mentioned in this video something along the lines of “giving him something for him to want to stay in that moment with you”. While I was warm and open and smiley and soft. My exact thought was “he’s totally acting like he doesn’t want to be with me in the same way he did on the first two dates”. I texted him a simple sweet feeling text about the time we had yesterday. And no reply. 🤷♀️😕

You want to share the inside of your body with a man, what is going on inside of you. I'm sorry he is flaking after the 3rd date. I am happy you are only 'just dating' him and not in a relationship. Does this method also helps on men who are non stop bitter about their life? I have noticed they first react positively on my laugh and positivity but then they feel terrible because they consider themselves a victims of society and victims of their exes (at least this are men I find) so with time they resent my positivity because it just remind them they are very unhappy with their own life.

Hi Adrienne! Thank you for sharing these tips. I feel some hope whenever I watch you. You encourage us to awaken the feminine energy asleep in us... and that far away from playing games. Otherwise, I'm a bit confused here. One of the keys you mentioned, is to have soft and relaxed vibes. How is that possible for an extraverted person like me? I'm the type of girl that is full of energy, fun to be around, enthusiast, inspiring and loving. I know it's good to lean back and be generous in receiving. But, in doing so, I feel like I'm in someone else's shoes, I'm not really my self, and I can get bored soon. I think that I bring much value when I'm in the energy and fun mood and I can build a connection in this way. Can you relate? How can I be in balance? Should I be more quiet and soft whenever he's around? Any tips? I'm so thankful for your time and help

I do have videos on LDR - please keep searching. In short, I feel a LDR is the most frustrating way a woman can invest her energy into a man. You feel anxious and irritated which brings out inner boy energy because ultimately your needs are not met. It creates an anxious cycle. One of you must move to the others city and date proper, or you will never know. bit.ly/500waysbook

What is your response supposed to be when you didn’t have the best day? I work in the icu and currently it’s all covid or drugs and alcohol related. I get abused and have to rush to save lives and clean up messes that would make most people sick. My man often asks how work is going and I can’t actually be honest or he would run. I always answer something like “better now that I hear your text tone” or “patients are all stable so night is good”. I don’t know any other response for when it’s not the best. Right now with covid it’s definitely not and I have a new romance I want to encourage to continue.

Hugs to you! 💕 Honestly, I would not share too much. You can tell him you had a rough day, but I would spare him the details. It’s best to vent about details to a co-worker or friend who might better understand, or even find a therapist to talk to. Men are not able to handle and process emotions as well as women.

Hi Adrienne, I went on a date with a guy who eats really fast - I'm staying in my feminine energy and enjoying every bite but he sits across from me watching until I finish, ha! Do I just continue to do that over time until he relaxes? But also, he takes his time confirming the time/day for our next date. Like he's expecting me to hold my entire weekend. How do I push it forward without being masculine? I said "I'm excited about this weekend. Do you have an idea when exactly we'll go to the event?" And he'll say "I'll let you know, but probably Saturday" 😒

Hello,, my name is Kaye. I am very feminine. I care about a man whose wife died four years ago, and my son died four years ago. We have chemistry and connection. However, we live 3 to 4 hours apart and he has a very successful and busy business. He says he doesn't think it will work because his work is so busy and that he is probably a little scared and also that we live so far apart.
