This is so good exactly what I needed to hear! When rebuilding it can be difficult and yes men test us to see if we will go back to our old ways. That is what I’m experiencing but not sure if he is pulling back bc he fell for the old me three years ago as opposed to me now he’s saying his feeling have changed. How to switch from silent logic to verbalisig feeling statements doesn't come easily, its actually harder to practise than one would think ...tongue in cheek.
