1. Create a vision. This should be something that is so big and exciting that it makes you uncomfortable. Don't overthink it, just start brainstorming and write down whatever comes to mind. 2. Plan your 12-week goals. Based on your long-term vision, what do you want to achieve in the next 12 weeks? Be as specific as possible. Break down your goals into daily and weekly actions. What do you need to do each day and week in order to reach your goals? Be sure to make your actions specific and measurable. 3. Track your progress. This will help you stay motivated and see how far you've come. Focusing on lead indicators, which are the actions you take each day, rather than lag indicators, which are the results you get at the end. 4. Get better, not perfect. Don't worry about being perfect, just focus on making progress each day. If you can execute at least 85% of the actions in your weekly plan, you're on the right track.

So, Today is 29th July, and I have been doing this for whole 28 days. I had modified this strategy to make it 14days month. and after completing 2 months, with first one absolute success & second one partial, I REALLY, ABSOLUTLY, WANT TO THANK YOU. It may be the first strategy, or plan, I had followed for more than a week. AND THE GREATER THING IS, I AM STILL FOLLOWING IT.

how much you've improved by this?

@@dummy4u So much. In first tenure, I was doing everything properly. My daily targets were being achieved. While in second one, I wasn't being able to do everything completely right. But, I actually improved. If you're planning to do anything like this. I have a suggestion for you. Have one Goal for whole 12 month. But, Don't plan every month precisely on Day 1. Or else, You'll fail following it.

The AK-47, also known as Avtomat Kalashnikova model 1947, is a widely recognized assault rifle that was designed by Mikhail Kalashnikov. It originated in the Soviet Union and was first adopted by the Soviet military in 1949. The AK-47 is renowned for its reliability, simplicity, and ease of use, making it one of the most popular and widely used firearms in the world. detailed: 1. Design and Features: - The AK-47 is a gas-operated, selective fire rifle. It uses the gas pressure generated by the fired cartridge to cycle the action and chamber the next round. - The rifle features a long-stroke gas piston system, where the piston is attached to the bolt carrier. This design contributes to the AK-47's reliability and ability to function in adverse conditions. - The AK-47 has a rotating bolt mechanism that locks the breech during firing, ensuring the cartridge is securely in place before firing. - It typically uses a 30-round detachable box magazine, although there are other magazine capacities available. The curved shape of the magazine helps with feeding rounds smoothly. - The AK-47 has a wooden or polymer stock, a pistol grip, and a handguard that protects the shooter's hand from the barrel's heat. The metal receiver houses the internal components and provides structural strength 2. Cartridge and Ballistics: - The AK-47 fires the 7.62x39mm cartridge, which is intermediate in size between a full-sized rifle cartridge and a pistol cartridge. It was specifically designed to provide a balance between range, stopping power, and controllability. - The 7.62x39mm cartridge typically fires a 123-grain projectile at a muzzle velocity of around 2,350 feet per second (715 meters per second). - The AK-47's effective range is generally considered to be around 300 meters, although it can engage targets at longer distances with adequate training and skill

I don't usually deadline tasks but rather I deadline energy spent through reflection at night and that seems to work well also, here is an argument that this reflection made me construct. 1. Some tasks may be easier and others harder, sometimes you have good days and sometimes not. This causes variance and hence you may falsely measure the willpower put in to said task and grow stagnant as a result. 2. Yes I believe measuring tasks completed has it's benefits as it's the most direct way to measure current success but if the variable of tasks completed becomes the focus it might cause issues later on. 3. To conclude, you need to balance generating willpower through willpower measurement and hence feedback and then reflect on tasks completed also to act accordingly. Balance generating willpower and distributing willpower as convenient.

[00:43] 🗓 Year-end deadlines create urgency and productivity spikes, leading to increased effectiveness in completing tasks. [01:54] ⏳ Adopting a 12-week year mindset provides constant energy, focus, and commitment, akin to year-end urgency, boosting productivity significantly. [03:03] 🌟 Having a compelling personal vision is crucial for staying committed and overcoming difficulties in achieving success. [04:54] 📝 Planning with specific, measurable goals and actions is essential for effective execution and achieving desired outcomes. [07:41] 📊 Tracking progress through measurement, focusing on lead indicators, and aiming for consistent execution rather than perfection accelerates improvement and goal achievement.
