Girl, I know content creators need to know when their content helped someone and I had been dreading exercise after months of stopping, of life non expected circumstances, etc, and I hadn’t found quiet a perfect workout until this!! I did it! I feel soo good, so hopeful of getting back in routine with God’s help 🙏🏼 So thank you! This was the perfect one, didn’t feel like diying, yet was challenging enough and I hace the faith I’ll improve, but I had never been able with too harsh trainings. I didn’t have the weights cause I left them in my home town but I used a 6lt bottle of water I had lol it worked for now 😜 Loved this

Recovering from breast cancer. Your videos have been the best way to get back in shape. I'm a Pilates trainer, but I'm a terrible coach when it comes to training myself. Your videos keep me going.

Love this new video. Your honesty reminds everyone how perseverance and exercise help through challenging times. I lost my brother and stopped exercising regularly, this was perfect timing to restart my routines. Using these moves in my next class. Peace and strength to you.

It's my favorite Ballerina!! I'm now subscribed and doing your workouts! You are an AMAZING human! Mom of 3 .... "haven't worked out in several months" .... going through a stressful time ...AND YOU STILL LOOK LIKE THAT!! You inspire me to get off my rear end and do better when it comes to working out (which I hate)!! You need to get back here to Florida (at least for a visit)!! Your videos are the only ones that I have actually done instead of just watched. Usually I just do your 10-min inner thigh or outer thigh or arm workouts by themselves but today I tried this one and I absolutely love it. It's simple but yet perfectly challenging at the same time. I've been looking for something to get my heart rate going more than just my pilates machine and this is perfect. I was about dead at 14 minutes haha feels so great!! Your videos are very good bcuz they are simple and genuine and clear and POSSIBLE to do. Thank you very much for your work 🙏I'll be back tomo to make it past 14 minutes!

Wow I am sweating! I needed to take small breaks between sets. My body is not used to moving. But hoping to change that! I also don't own weights but grabbed a couple large books and they worked very well. Thanks for a simple but efficient workout!

I have to rest a little between each ejercise, but I still find the benefits and consider it a challenging but doable rutine. I'll stick to it for a few months and see what happens!

This was such a great workout! I did it and toward the end of the 2nd round, I said to my husband “is Kelly going to make us doing this AGAIN?” and then you did! Haha. I complained because it was tough but truthfully it was just what I needed 😀

I have step arthritis in my thumb joint planks on my hands are an absolute no go. Can you do a workout without them?

I have asked you a few times on other videos... What can I do for the "burpee" style things if I have carpal tunnel? Getting on my hands hurts so bad!

Jessica Rienstra hi! Oh no I’m sorry to hear that. Let me ask, does it hurt if (when you do a plank) you balance on your fists instead of palms on the floor? I like that modification for wrist pain because it keeps the wrist straight.

You did nothing wrong - so sorry about the way I wrote that LOL It does still hurt but not as bad. Any ideas in case it gets unbearable?
