Please make more videos! My very first barre instructor was a ballerina who taught like you. All of my recent instructors do not teach barre this way so I started doing barre at home thanks to you!

Hi coach Kel. I love this workout. I have been doing this one for more than a year. I'm 62 and have chronic pain. At the beginning I could do less than 50% but now it is so fun and easy. Although it is still a good workout. I've tried a few other videos but they were all too difficult. What would be the next step up, baby step up, after this video? This one has been great for my posture and stamina so more of that would be great. Although I may just do this one forever. ❤️

Thank you very much for sharing this workout video. I have had piriformis syndrome since last May, and this workout (with some modifications I have to make) has helped me so much to strengthen that muscle. I am going to start doing this 2-3 times a week.

Hey!! can you please upload a full stretching routine sometime soon? I'm not flexible enough to lift my legs higher than 90 degrees (on a good day haha). Do I get more flexible (and stronger) the more I do these exercises? I do stretch on the side but I'm still so far off!!
