Joining your online studio was the best decision I made last year! I love how easy it is to just log-in, find a new video and start working out. With so many videos to choose from, I find I never get bored and I'm always challenged. I did the Ramsey workout today so I'll save this one for the weekend. Thanks CK!

The online studio is 1000% worth it! I have completely changed my body and I look forward to working out every single day. I could never find the right style of workout that kept me wanting to come back for more. Recently discovered your videos, can’t tell you what a relief it is to have a workout for us slightly older ladies just getting back into working out. I am soon to be 64 … love that your music is mellow, reps are not too fast, you add modifications and somehow get in a full body workout in less than an hour. Keep them coming ! Thanks so much

I absolutely loved this workout! I added 3 lb ankle weights and increased the dumbbells to 5 lbs. I felt the burn in the absolute best way! Coach Kel’s online studio is the best out there period!! I’ve tried just about every other subscription workout forum and hers is hands down the best of the best. Her workouts have completely changed my body. Long lean muscle, serious abs and my legs have never looked better. I’m now a Fit by Coach Kel addict!

@elle. yes! There are weekly suggestions but tons of different workouts to choose from. She offers barre, strength, HIIT, cardio, and sculpt. There are various lengths of workouts too so if you’re up for a long workout or need something quick, she’s got it all. Highly recommend!!

Did this workout this morning and boy was it good! I couldn’t do the actual lunges, but I did put a leg back and left it pretty straight! Bending it really bothers my knee…I injured it a while back and it was getting better when I stopped heavy lifting and pretty much did, barre, Pilates, yoga, light weights (no lunges) and cardio. Went to the gym this weekend and realized my knee wasn’t bothering me…until I did Bulgarian split squats and now it’s bothering me again…lol. Anywho, back to what I was doing!!!

Hi Coach Kel! Cant wait to try this!! This is a fun, clever, and unique workout. Could you show a routine on pointe/arch Improvement? For foot flexibility. This is something am struggling with in gymnastics whenever I point my toes in exercises like; leg raises, L sits, splits, etc. My feet are weak and cramp up. This is a big set back of mine.
