In this video, I will show you 5 exercises to increase your arms and make them stronger in the shortest possible time at home! Shown here are bodyweight and weighted workouts so that there is enough load for progress and muscle growth!
The video shows the approximate number of approaches and repetitions. You can change them based on your physical capabilities. Rest 1-2 minutes between reps and 3-4 minutes rest between exercises.
Remember: on the way to your goal of aesthetic physique and strength, you must follow simple rules - a balanced diet, regular training, good recovery and regular activity throughout the day!
