I was about 1000 steps behind on my goal today so this was a good way to hit 10k nice and easily, did it in my pjs 😂 thank you!

According to Fitbit set in walking mode this was about 6 minutes and 766 steps. I did the workout again with Fitbit set in running mode 839 steps. Way more steps than I would normally achieve sitting on my bum bum.🎉❤

Today's 6 minute workout using my Fitbit set in walking mode was 778 steps. Second six minute workout using my Fitbit set in running mode was 799 steps❤

I never feel like my heart rate has gotten so high so easily before! Holy crud, it went by so fast, I wasn’t even planning on doing the whole thing but then I did!

Loved Loved Loved🫶🫶🫶 I’m so glad you did another 1000 steps in 5 minutes !🤩 You have another two just like this and I usually do one of them every evening if I’m short on my step count so this is perfect. Now I have 3 to pick from. And they are all high energy and fun.⚡️💥
