Great workout with an amazing music ❤ Age: 26 🌱 I'm a girl.☀ before I started shiydf I was 165cm after 2 months and a half almost now 169cm!! IT REALLY WORKS I'M SO HAPPY. I achieved this result by both using shiydf and doing regular streching exercises and I STILL CAN'T BELIEVE IT.! TRUST THE PROCESS 🧡

It's okay if you can't bend all the way, it's all about daily practice🌸 . I used to be less flexible but overtime and lots of practice I was able to accomplish a lot of complex stretches!!!
