Welcome to your 15 Minute Yoga Inspired Stretching Routine for Legs and Booty. We take care of your entire lower body and stretch hamstrings, glutes, hips, even your feet and shins.
This is the perfect flexibility & mobility routine after a hard workout (hello leg day), after running or just by itself. The sequence is well balanced and all of the exercises flow seamlessly into each other - you probably don't even recognise how time flies by.
Take some time for yourself and enjoy this beautiful routine for flexibility, muscle recovery and stress relief.

I’m so proud that I can do these stretches without a problem now (Been doing your stretches since 2020 and it was hard at the beginning) and I can say it really works for me. I feel more flexible and relaxed every time. Thank you so much ☺️

I have also been doing her stretches since July 2020 from once every other day to twice a week to now once a week 😂 One thing is for sure, I've gotten more flexible especially my legs, they're not that stiff anymore

i love how you ACTUALLY give us enough time to change positions. a lot of youtubers think we can magically go from a lying twist to a goddess pose twist within a second. it's ridiculous and constantly pausing the video takes away from the relaxing experience.

just finished doing this for the first time.. I did it before going to bed and I really feel so light and relaxed.. during the workout, I kept saying “omg” coz it really felt so good, it hurts at first but it would make your body feel more relaxed and stretched as time goes on.. really loved it 💕

Hey Mady, Ich bin Physiotherapeutin und arbeite an einer Förderschule. Ich habe angefangen, deine Videos in meine Therapien einzubauen und die Schüler lieben es. Ich habe festgestellt, dass sich die ruhige Atmosphäre aus den Videos auf die Schüler überträgt, außerdem können die Schüler dank der guten Kameraarbeit alles gut erkennen und setzen die Übungen selbstständig um, ein riesen Vorteil, wenn mal wieder irgendwer Coronabedingt zuhause bleiben muss und ich dann einfach eins deiner Videos schicken kann. Vielen, vielen, vielen Dank, du weißt gar nicht, wie sehr du hilfst. Keep up the good work!

I've been doing your stretch videos for about a month now and I've noticed significant improvement to my flexibility and my muscle tone. Every other day or so I do the exercise ones and rotate which sections to focus on. I still have difficulties getting through the ab work out but thats where I am weakest lol. I've also dropped 7lbs and I know I've lost more in body fat but the muscle build up skews the number a bit. I love the gentle music, the soft beeps, the previews and everything is either in bite sized videos you can squeeze in or a full workout that already includes the warm up and cool down so I'm not searching through a ton of videos to find all the pieces. Sometimes I try to do your yoga videos in German but as a native English speaker it makes it a little difficult when I have to look away from the screen but I think I'm starting to learn German now as I'll recognize certain words you say when the position changes lol. Thank you for your videos and I look forward to anything new you have to put out 🥰

I hate the fact that I’m so stiff because I never stretch like ever, and I know it’s very bad so me not being able to do even half of these stretches properly really motivates me to start stretching everyday. Thanks for amazing content!

The way you’ve edited these are perfect! I love that I can stretch while just listening to music and just waiting for the beep to see the next stretch. SUCH A GENIUS IDEA!!! If possible please make more. Longer ones and more options for a type of stretch. I do your stretches on repeat and sometimes I’d like to work on the same thing so I’ll watch one on repeat and get fed up with the same playlist or the exact same exercise. I LOVE YOUR POSTS, I just wish you made more of them.

This was my first time doing this video or yoga/stretching .. in years. I started exercising 7 weeks ago and I've felt nothing but pain in my hamstring and hips. Almost unbearable to walk after sitting down for a short amount of time. This was so relaxing and quiet. I love love love it so much and it put in prospective that even though I can run and lift weights it doesn't mean I'm flexible at all. I have so much work to do. These videos will now be apart of my Daily routine when I wake up and before bed!

The clips on whats comin up next in between rest time makes it so easy to follow, love that there is no talking but a timer and relaxing music, the most soothing stretching videos. What a great pace and I cracked my neck and back in so many places, feel so much looser. Absolutely love these

I am 40 years old and pregnant with my third child. These stretching videos are so great and relaxing. I try to do the leg stretches at least every other day if possible and I feel so much better after. I will continue several of these different stretch videos even after I have the baby. Ich habe sonst dein anderes Yoga-Video für Läufer mitgemacht und so motiviert das Dehnen nach dem Joggen nicht vernachlässigt. Nun bin ich auf dieses gestoßen. Das ist zwar nichts für unterwegs und draußen, aber so viel entspannender 👍 Danke dafür!

Wunderbarer Stretch , heute mit leichtem Muskelkater vom Unterkörpertraining gestern aufgewacht und den Stretch durchgeführt,herrlich wie sich alles lockert und man 15 Minuten einfach abschalten kann. Danke dafür 🌷

Puh, bin heute 15km bergauf und bergab gewandert und hab dann direkt diese Session gemacht (diese zum ersten Mal). Was soll ich sagen ♥️ ich hab ganz schön gequiekt beim Kuhsitz, aber diese 15 Min waren so wunderbar wie ein heisses Bad. Und dank der tollen Musik bin ich nebenbei total mental heruntergefahren. Been doing several of these vids a day, right after my workouts. At first i noticed my left hip had sharp pains for some moves, but consistency has made it just fine! Now im down to a pain in my shoulder and lack of mobility in my neck on the left, both of which I have seen (felt) improvement. So, thank you!

Ich habe immer irgendwelche Schmerzen oder Unwohlsein in den Beinen, den Hüften und dem unteren Rücken (insbesondere in der verkürzten linken Seite) und diese Einheit tut sooooo gut! Nicht zu lang, sodass man sie regulär auch nach einer anderen Yoga-Einheit machen kann, aber trotzdem alles drin. ❤ Auch danke für den Sidebody stretch, der mir auch immer sehr wichtig ist. Danke!

Nicht nur nach dem Laufen - auch nach dem Skifahren super, damit die Beine (und der Rücken) auch am nächsten Tag noch genauso gut funktionieren! Die Saison ist eröffnet! Danke Mady

I usually do a 15 minute work out and then end with this or your full body stretch and it is SO nice. I love winding down with just the music and stretches

Please make more of these videos. I only speak English but these videos are perfectly universal! Can you do a ‘Full upper body stretch” and “full lower body stretch”. I watch your videos over and over 😀

I had a goal to stretch more for quite some time, but never could do it consistently. I found your videos and slowly started, once a week, and now slowly everyday. I appreciate your free content 💖

Thank you so much. I am a runner and for months I've been suffering from small muscle pain/strains in my legs, which I could not heal. Sine I've started this routine before every run I've not experienced any strange or un explainable leg strains. I believed these leg stretches have heeled/stretched and made my muscles much better for running. I really prefer the sessions with out voice clean/simple and very pleasant. Thank you for being a solution to my problem 😃

What I most love is that's a silence ( not speaking ) streching session, which is exactly what I need when I stretch. I hate those annoying videos with people talking all the time. Thanks for sharing your knowledge with us. Very nice music set 💕🎵

Just found this today, been working out for a long time without real need for deep stretching because I’ve always been flexible. I took a break from working out and gained just a little weight now my flexibility is going and this is helping so much. my lower back needs a lot of stretching, but I’ll get there thank you!
