I adore you! I dont want any of my exes back but I just want to encourage the ladies in your comments and let you guys know ADRIENNES TIPS 100% WORK! I take all of the amazing info you give us then put my own spin on it and do what feels good for me. For me, I do not mind being in my masculine before meeting (I do message men first on dating sites) but once I meet them, Adrienne is in the back of my mind reminding me to stay in my body! To let him lead, to be playful and soft and warm. My date tonight opened every door, paid for everything and mentioned about 10 other places that he wanted to bring me to on future dates. I had to end the date because I was sleepy but he wanted to go to places all night! Im definitely going to do the “slow burn” 😏 These feminine techniques work on Black men/women too in case anyone was wondering. THANK YOU ADRIENNE!

YES YOU ARE SO RIGH. Too many of us make excuses for why a man 'just can't commit right now' and does not really mean it. I say it all the time, men make time for the things that are important to them. So if you are important to him he will make time for you, it's very simple. THANKS FOR SHARING!

I absolutely will not focus on the beautiful feelings we experienced during the love bombing phase. We are not fixers. We are beautiful, graceful creatures and we have better things to do than waste time trying to get him back to the way he was yesterday. Let him stay gone, and don't even try to find a replacement. Make yourself the replacement. Take yourself to dinner. Make love to yourself. Focus. On. You. He will get it, and by the time he does...you won't even want him back. You're better for yourself than he ever was for you...even during the love bombing phase. Make sure you let go of the anger and love every second of your life. That anger you harbor serves nobody. Let it go and trust the universe.

livelife lovelife We haven’t connected the way I would like yet. He has began to call me beautiful again and respond to my messages after months of no reply. I have stopped reaching out though because I need to create distance, lean back and allow him to make the move if he desires. I’m reminding myself more and more that I need to let a man be a man and do what they do naturally, which is pursue. In today society’s I’ve noticed that a lot of men themselves are not stepping into their own masculinity. I have also started quantum dating which is soooo weird but it is helping me get out there more and practice, but that is where I noticed men not being in their masculinity. It’s baffling to me but I’m not giving up. You shouldn’t either.

I did not come here to manipulate an outcome, or try to fix anything, or even get him back. I'm here because I was honest about my needs and wants. A year is more than enough to know if someone is "the one". He told me he was going to propose to me in a year, well I moved in with him just recently and next month will be one year. No proposal, however, now he has changed to saying "I want to make sure we are compatible." That is not what I was told before. Sure he pays for everything, however, I refuse to stay trapped in the "girlfriend title" because I'm at an age where I am not willing to give a guy 3 years of my life with unlimited sex and wife perks just to be told " We are not compatible." I am breaking up with him and I guess my heart needed to be uplifted. When you said "think about what you love and what you are grateful for" I immediately thought how fast I lost my mother, how grateful I am to have a son and how full-filling it is to be a mother and then my mind kept thinking of more and more and sure enough you helped me lift my spirit. Life is too short to wait out on a man who isn't even sure if you are marriage material. I have been told of engagements that took only a couple of months and stayed forever. My parents for example, they met and immediately got married. My father stayed along my mothers side all the way until cancer took her away for me.

Oh my sweet friend. You have no idea the strength you give me, every time. This man had convinced me he loved me And cared about me and then, he did not choose me. He chose to be afraid and is perfectly fine (apparently) with me not being in his life. But I am absolutely wounded. BAD. We work in the same space. So I have to face him every single day. But I'm doing my best to keeping quiet. I treat him like I would anyone else that is an acquaintance and that's it. And it rips my heart apart every. time. So this time I'm just trying to take it one day at a time and know that with each day, I did it another day. I got through it. Thank you for giving me permission to let HIM figure it out. He's used to me always closing the gap and then we get close and then he runs again. I just can't do it anymore. You give that beet advice. Thank you ❤️

Hello Adrienne, I just wanted to say thank you for being so vulnerable with your viewers. Sharing you too looked into psychics and felt judged even by friends and your therapist is not easy to say. I know I cringe at myself thinking about how I too did all that a few years back because I did know how to heal. You seem like such a genuine woman who radiates good vibes for everyone. Thank you for your work and words. Continue the good service and much love.

I’ve always been really loud because of hearing loss, I can come across as obnoxious and overbearing but when I wear a hearing aid or amplifier, People listen to me better and enjoy my presence much better. It’s such an embarrassment to wear, but who cares right!? I should do it because I speak so much more feminine and sweet and warm. I’m going to buy another one to wear. It will make me feel so much more confident talking with people.

“How do you get your man back “ this doesn’t work on every man and narcissist men cause I’ve tried no contact and really changed a lot my mind set and I did focus on myself only and been thinking don’t chase and if he really want you he will come ..ok he came back but only for talk about work or problems or to talk about his dog who he has left with me so time to time we have this contact after 2 years like we are not together..and he can tell I’ve changed I feel this but hey ho ...this didn’t work on him...

I've been working with Veronica Isles and today she recommended one of your videos...I feel like your message about going back into your feminine energy was the last piece of the puzzle for me to bring my ex back into my life and to finally have the fulfilling relationship and love I've always wanted. So grateful to have found you, and Veronica, and others, who are guiding me on my journey to discovering the power we truly have to creating our lives. I never realized (until today w/your videos) that by me trying to fix, and control the problems and relationship, I was in my masculine and this is quite likely the reason why my boyfriend ended our long-term relationship which at one point had been extremely loving and was headed towards marriage. I am going to lean back and let him come to me. I feel a new sense of peace and understanding. Thank you for breaking it down so that I could understand this and bring it into my life. xo

Right! I studied psychopathology on my own for more than 10 years(the DARK stuff, individuals with no conscience, Robert Hare is one of my favorite psychologists and former FBI profilers) and took college level psychology, all of a sudden narcissism is the pop psych word of the day. Even though I most certainly believe I've encountered yes, psychopaths, my interest in explaining to people waned and I realized it doesn't help much in healing-ok so you've possibly figured out what is going on with them, and we can definitely look at some patterns to get red flags up(gaslighting, smear campaigns, triangulation, etc.) but how does it help YOU? You need to understand your own pattern, possibly have therapy, learn boundaries, etc.

It’s best not to worry about a man’s psychology. Get in touch with your true feelings and be strong in your boundaries. This will help you find high-value men.

I 'm glad you mentioned in this video that it's 3 months... I can feel the haste in my belly... wanting to get back together immediately... but I know deep down that I need to find myself again... I allowed myself to dive into him and let go of everything I enjoyed before him.. Covid hasn't helped any of us keep up our usual activities... but despite the deep heartache of the breakup... I feel kind of excited to dive into your program and ultimately.... return back to myself.. And since I'm ever growing and evolving... it's something that I get to do for the rest of my life... Exciting!! Thanks for all of your videos ❤️

I’m back here again… this time after a breakup with a wonderful masculine energy man who treated me like a goddess. For the first time after being in relationships with toxic men. This time sadly we have to let go of each other due to our situationship and it’s been terribly hard to let go of someone who treated you with so much love. I’m here because I found it hard to let go, as the first two weeks I was in my feminine energy though no contact. But since that, I’ve been in my boy energy at times that I had a few unpleasant conversations with him, because I realised that I miss him like crazy and I hadn’t let go of him. I wanted validation, I wanted to hear that he loved me and missed me. I also realised that I felt abandoned and my inner wounded girl came up. So I decided to let go of him and everything, I apologised to him and decided to go back into my beautiful feminine energy. It’s been hard these last couple of days, my body was almost in shock, but I spoke to myself with absolutely love and kindness. And I’m focusing on myself instead of getting into his mind and I know I’ll be more than fine. I love my playful self and that is what I’ll be. If you have any other tips Adrienne and any tools/exercises you can do when you feel anxious, please do share it. And finally, it is because of you, my trusted beautiful coach that I know that even though I messed up a little, I will survive this breakup and I know he can feel it. Feel me and miss my presence and love.

Ugh, well I see what I did wrong now. Ms. Try and fix it texts. At least I stopped myself before getting crazy with my anger. I had to let him go with love because letting him go is better than trying to keep him, then him cheating or drinking uncontrollably and keep disappearing for days at a time. He's not the same man I used to love. Trying to stay playful and soft and warm in spite of my angry masculine side trying to take over. :)

Even if you get more beautiful, wealthier, sexier, more feminine, if he doesn't like you anymore, you can't take him back. 😔 Same thing is, when your skin starts to sag, your wrinkles get noticeable, you start forgetting names, you get adult fats, if you lose your sight due to aging, or get sick and turns so skinny like a skeleton - if he loves you he'll stay. He's gonna take care of you for the rest of his life. I totally love the idea of feminine energy but this is all temporal. As we age we get to realize we don't really need this kind of energy to keep a man. What we need is the right man who will stay and love us no matter what.

I am thinking I will divorce him after I give birth. But now due to Adrienne, I will let it unfold slowly. I decided to have this baby. He don't owes me anything but he owes responsibility to his child. I will trust that it will unfold perfectly well. I will only work on myself. This the best chance for me to change me into feminine woman.
@AdrienneEverheart2 жыл бұрын
You are doing the right thing in my opinion. Remain steady. Allow him space to change. The more you pursue an outcome (attention) the more he’ll pull away. Your mindset is to have a healthy baby, keep a calm home and create space for your husbands return. If not, you will decide when you’re ready to walk or not.

I have the ABC's and your E book and have been doing the work and dating other men. We had been communicating fairly consistently (3 month strained relationship) and he invited me to an event last night. I went and he completely ignored me. I spoke with him on the phone afterwards and I asked him was I wrong in coming. He said no and I told him I felt like there was an elephant in the room. I told him I would really like to talk, and he said follow me to my house. I wound up being vulnerable and shared my heart while seated on the floor in front of him at his house. He shared that he wanted a relationship with only me, that I was everything he wanted (we have been together 3+ yrs) but offered excuses of why he can't, stated that we just need to end it and couldn't be friends since I was hurt. I looked at him and sincerely said "what ever you want" ,turned and walked to my vehicle. He did ask me to text him and let him know I made it home. I did and he actually replied "thank you". I am feeling so desperate to have a personal coach. I will not contact him. I really try to follow your advice.

Adrienne, I've reconnected with a man I have loved for the longest this past April. He lives in another state, we've met in person before. Well, our communication has been ok and he has been consistent despite his demanding job amongst his responsibilities as a single father. He has told me repeatedly, that he can't wait until he can see me again and all the things he's imagined that we will do together. In the beginning of June, I noticed our communication dropping off. We'd only talk once a week for 20-30 minutes, but we'd still text here and there. Then in the last week of June, I hadn't heard from him going on 8 days and sent him a warm and feminine text giving him reassurance. We did speak that evening and continued to text. One of the things he said to me was that he needs me there and if I was there, everything would fall back into place and that he can't wait until this Covid dies down. It could be months before that happens. So I told him that we don't have to wait... So now we are going on almost 2 weeks since we've spoken. But in that time, he's sent me messages on my FB Stories when I posted pics of myself, and he did send me a text last Wed, saying he's thinking about me, told me about some home renovations he's been updating me on. And says he can't wait to have me there. So I responded a couple of hours later, warmly. He didn't respond to that, which is fine. Yesterday, I sent him a text telling him I was thinking about him and missed him and asked how he was doing. Well, no text since then, but he has viewed my FB Stories. It's frustrating. I do want to be with him. But I'm no longer exactly sure what he wants and what we're doing. I have stated exactly what I was looking for when he came back (he reached out to me). Should I take it personal? Should I just leave it alone now and create space and energy for him to come back, so I can tell him that script you provided near the end of this video. I'm not sure if he really wants me or is this him pulling away like some men do. I think I'm going to give him until the end of the month...I feel like I'm in limbo. It sucks.

Hugs to you, honey. 💕 You are definitely in pursuit of this man, which is why he has been pulling away. You should definitely lean back, but I don’t suggest getting involved in a LDR. You really need the proximity to someone for a relationship to truly work. Lean back and focus on yourself. Work through the ABC program. bit.ly/ABCGetHimBack

You’re so right! It’s been 6 months and we still talk here and there since the break up. We were together 5 years. He raised my daughter. Still sees her from time to time and left half his things in my garage so like it’s been forever and he still haven’t got them here. I don’t understand if it’s manipulation or what but like come on. But he told me we can be friends but I need to accept that may be all it ever will be bc he needs to work on himself. I find that to be an excuse if he truly wanted to be with me he would. His mother passed 6 months ago also so I’ve given him time to process and chased and begged but now I’m giving him space. It’s been a month and I have left him alone. I told him I respect what he wants and that I care and love him but that I’m working on myself too. That’s all I can do. He’s hurt me very badly. He’s not moved on just working a lot but I’m so heartbroken.

You say not to talk about the problems in the relationship...but what if we’re currently “on a break” I’ve been no contact...but we have a date that we’re supposed to meet and talk about things. Now that sounds like a bad idea but it’s already the plan we have...and we really did have some serious things to talk about
@linlin-yx7cy5 жыл бұрын
K W I’d recommend you not to be the one who starts talking about the problems. Maybe start with a feeling statement. It feels so good seeing you again. For example. Keep in mind though only to say what you truly feel. Conversations aren’t linear. If you don’t bring up the problems they might not come up at all. If they do don’t be like you you you! focusing on the mistakes he did. But how you felt in the relationship. Again if he tackles it. Wish you the best!
