It seems that leaning back is like knowing who you are, loving yourself, staying in the moment, expressing more postive feeling and allowing the chase. It is not being needy, appeasing, setting side my own feelings, chasing or obsessing over. It seems that knowing what I want helps. It also seems that knowing this guy is not a need but a want, would be helpful.

This is what i feel. And have been getting great results! I have been expressive and feminine. I get more phone calls and openness. My feelings don't seem to scare them off because I'm not pressuring... just feeling. And i like that. What if we don't get back together? I think I'm gonna let it go until i know he wants me back and is ready to move forward. I feel like now i am playing with fire. I need to get busy. I have to find a balance. I don't want to be just friends.

Envision you are both in a canoe- let him row. Continue to do this “metaphor” in your life..are you rowing? Steering? Telling him what to do? Planning? STOP- lean back and let him row. You can then decide if you want to go out on the boat with him - or leave him at the shore and let a real man lead you.

I lost my feminine energy from a bad marriage. I ended up having to do so much by myself I didn't realize how much of my feminine energy I had lost. I am now dating a wonderful man and I am re-learning how to be a woman again. This all came so natural when I was young. It's like I am learning how to walk again.

0:44 what is leaning back versus leaning in. Feminine energy is about the woman NOT making things happen for the relationship. you do not make Actions and Outcomes. the man takes the lead in the relationship. 5:17 masculine energy is doing, solving problems, making things happen, organizing. feminine energy is about receiving. leaning back, and being warm. say "wow, this must be ....for you", speak with how it feels and with passion. let the man be in charge and making things happen. 11:52 do not make things happen for him. do not criticize him. do not coach him, do not get him to do it your way, do not manipulate him 12:05 Q&A

Some men are in constant prep work and rush in when a woman is leaving him. Example, some men get engaged to a woman for years trying to fix his credit, increase his income and more. It won't guarantee a perfect or stable relationship, but its what men do to be secure in a relationship at the next level, going from engagement to marriage. I no longer think this way, that was when I was in my mid to late twenties. Now, as I move into dating again some day I go by my standards so that I won't delay a healthy relationship with a woman should it come about.

After he ghosted me again twice, I confidently told him I was dating other people & felt so confident just standing up for myself & saying "byyyye." Usually I allow men to text me or call for months without dates. I have NEVER done that before. This is what I do because I’m more interested in seeing just how self absorbed a person is. I’ll listen, leave moments of silence, and do it from an open minded warm friendly place as much as I can. It’s fairly easy to do because most men want to sit and talk about only themselves never asking how you feel or what your thoughts are. It’s VERY rare I meet a man that isn’t self centered.....especially younger generations. Older men seem to have more reciprocation.

The cat analogy made me smile and made so much sense to me since I have a cat 😂 I often feel like I need to push for conversations or communication with men so this is so good to keep in mind. I've been talking to a guy for three months online because I've been out of the country studying abroad a week before i matched with him online. We have only talked on the phone a few times, but we message almost every day and yet I don't feel the need to push this forward. Especially since in June during our first phone call, he asked me on a date for when I get back. I've been sick a few times abroad and have been telling him how I wish he was here to take care of me. He will often reply with a comment about wanting to be there too and wanting to hold me or make me food.

You know what would be helpful is a video on how we can make best use of our time while the relationship is taking a long time to unfold (lol). I've been contemplating it past couple days and I think there is something so powerful in it that I have yet to see or experience for myself. It's ironic how quick guys are in a lot of ways, but when it comes to how the relationship unfolds it takes so long. Where as women in a lot of ways take a long time except our preferred pace for the relationship to unfold. There has been talk on connecting with friends, spending time doing hobbies and things we enjoy, but that's not what I'm interested in hearing. I think there is something deeper (while we wait) that has not yet been talked about much at all. The furthest I've gotten just meditating on it is it has to do with having intimate self time- lighting a candle, being plugged into to the bliss of life, perhaps using the heart to imagine our deep pleasures and breathing through it. Something super fem. A sort of spiritual ecstacy and creating in our imagination while also being empty and out of our heads and bodies... I'd love to hear your take on it!!!!
@CG-wr4no
@CG-wr4no 4 жыл бұрын
I'm working on changing my mindset from "waiting" which has a feeling of dread and feeling unseen or unmet and unfulfilled.. to "in-the-mean-time" where my connection is beyond him, it's to Life's unfoldment which both includes the relationship while simultaneously superseding it. It's a different paradigm and challenging because I've been so programmed to "wait" for him. I'm afraid I'm leaving him, but in all actuality its nourishes the relationship and draws him closer. So much trust in life takes place. Like I'm gambling with fate- I have to be okay if it creates separation and we break up (as the fear goes) and also embrace that it can actually create an even stronger bond.

These leaning back rules aren’t working for me. ??????? Your thoughts? Im so ready to move on...having a fiancé and a baby seem no way around rekindled with him. Problem is most men I meet rush to let you know they want more than coffee and way too soon, to where they give me no choice but cut them off since they don’t want to be respectfully patient take time dating to get to know each other first. My man was feeling important at work, he would work up to 16 hours a day . But had no time for a phone call to communicate with me . To me it seemed his work was everything. He was chasing, love bombing me. With time I caught up with him when I believed his words . So when he was talking about marriage I would carry on with the idea, talking about plans and expectations. He pulled away even though he said he loves me and will always love me. Miss him so much but he is gone.

Raindrops when you lean back you automatically become light!! Leaning back doesn’t mean switch off it means stepping into your feminine energy and letting him lead while being present as well. Let your man lead and follow through. Don’t be up tight be playful and soft (stop trying to be perfect or have the perfect answer) just be yourself.

Thank you, @@sherry4535 . With your answer I found my first pitfall. It's that I'm in a state yet that "being yourself" and being playful mean having a mental sparring with someone. I guess I have to learn to be "naturally in my feelings" in conversations. What goes on your mind when you're leaning back? Do you use your brain at all or do you just let words flow? Sorry it's really a struggle for me because I grew up cogito, ergo sum. :-(

Heyy,it's been a while since your comment 😄buut, in my opinion you can express your needs but don't dictate what he should do, let him come up with a solution to meeting your needs. I think we make the mistakes of dictation like for example when you say sth like " I feel like we don't spend enough time together, maybe we can make Friday our date night.".. you expressed your need but didn't lean back and let him manage the situation, you're telling him what to do which is masculine. Instead maybe you can say" I feel like we don't spend enough time together, it would be lovely if we could change that." You have your problem statement and left the solving to him. But then again, I'm not a coach,😂 it's just my opinion.

Adrienne this may seem like an idiotic comment/question but I’ve been dating this amazing guy for like a month. He makes time for me, he loves making me feel good, and we both give each other healthy space! One way I show appreciation and love for people is cooking for them! I am busy this week with work so I won’t see him for a couple days so I’m bringing him some delicious food because I genuinely want him to be eating good when I’m not around! I want him to be happy and enjoy things I do for him as well. Is this masculine energy bringing him food? I’m confused between feminine energy and receiving, and doing nice things for a guy. Please help!

Adrienne Everheart's Love Academy I understand what your saying but it’s still the task of feeding their egos so they will chase us.... I dated so many different personalities throughout my life. Got married to a man who turned out to be a Narcissist and used me for a house maid and babysitter for his rotten spoiled kid. Then found out he cheated on me the whole time! 14 years wasted 😞. Then I waited 3 long years to open up my heart and got dumped on again whim I thought was safe plus I wasn’t even actually attracted to him at first until our first kiss? Turned out he was not an honest man either! Thank Goddess I never really invested too much of my person with him... just going to Travel....😆❤️🤗🙏🏻👍🏼

I know I should be happy but I suddenly have four men after me and at first they were all not moving with any motion and I changed my approach. I thought “well it would have been nice to just been friends atleast” and I realized that’s where all good relationships start anyway. Once I changed my mind set and had a more casual approach the messages started to flood in but it’s kind of over whelming at first

So, if you're leaning back...or had been for a long time and didn't know it, but you now realize it doesn't seem to be going anywhere and you don't want to be a text buddy and he doesn't tell you anything but seems to want it to continue. Wouldnt you 1.) Ask 2.) Leave if he doesn't want to give you any clear answers? I cant get the material right now and I don't feel good about the situation because he doesn't want to tell me what he wants and I don't like feeling like I am seen as less than where I started w/ him. This is due to him not acknowledging or answering it but messaging like I never asked. I am not sure how o proceed but don't want to mess something up if I am sabotaging myself and not realizing it.

I think when you date this advice will work only if you are not sleeping with a guy. If you are just present and let him do whatever and gets all he needs from you (sex, attention, feminine energy) it’s going to be stuck at this stage forever (like a month long basketball game). From my experience- a combination of female and male energy in a woman is not so bad, we just have to be wise about when and what to use. We have to advocate for ourselves with men.

Smiling keeping that warm soft energy.... Idk how to do that. I'm definitely more in my masculine energy... If I lean back nothing will ever happen, no dates, no initiative on his part. Nothing. I would love to be more "feminine". I'm not a lesbian and definitely into men but I have trouble being in my feminine energy around men cause I feel like I have to do everything because...well they don't or won't. Also, it is their job to get a woman open enough to open up to them. I need more guidance on being feminine... Aye😬 Thank you for the video miss👍🏽💜

Notice all the reasons you are making yourself unavailable. These are perceptions and not truths, none of this need hold you back from attracting the right man for you. Feminine energy must be PRACTICED and you need to start somewhere - Look into getting "500 ways" and FEMM TOOLS: bit.ly/femmtools Start by connecting with nature, find what you feel in your body. Bianka N. Anchondo oh there are tons of ways. 🥰Start with telling him absolutely everything that feels good to you. Anything that he remotely has anything to do with and it feels good to you. If he cleans the kitchen you can say “oh my goodness it feels so sexy to see a man in the kitchen. Feel so lovely to come home to a clean house.” That’s just a far and away out there example. 🤣I hope that helps and if you get a copy of “500 ways to talk to a man” you’ll get a ton more examples and learn how to do this for yourself every day.

Got a question! I am applying your tools for almost 6 months, I start to see the change in man towards me. As you say, men want to make us feel good, and talking with them with warmth reinforces that. Now lately I"ve noticed some men are being kind of "familiar too soon" for me. What I mean, they clearly want a warm and intimate connection with a woman, that woman they want to be the one. They start talking about cuddling, kissing and kind of initmate stuff (not sex) after just talking for few days, not even seen each other. How comes? Could it be they do so, because they see this as making the woman feel good? Yes it feels good! Once we connected! When they start so soon feel tense and kind of fear in me..... I have the impression it will lead to sexting and I feel like shutting down, I feel like wanting to run for the hills. I followed your advise from 500 ways, setting a boundary with warmth, a feelings statement and an alternative that would make me feel good! He reacted well! Just wondering why they go in that direction soooo soon! Why do they want to talk about intimacy with somebody they do not even know? What do you think Adrienne
@FishermansFriend-ml7xf
@FishermansFriend-ml7xf 3 жыл бұрын
You're massively over thinking this. We are visual creatures and sex isnt an intimate thing for us, it's just something we do. We dont have issues with being 'judged or slut shamed' by other women. This man is just doing what's natural where as you're trying to make it about your emotions and your reputation. We see sex as no big deal where as you see it as a contract for a future relationship.

Can you make a video on what you just mentioned? Getting a man out of his feminine energy. Starting small and all. there was a time where he was dry texting me and I called him out on it by joking, then he asked me “what am I supposed to say? “ When in the beginning, before all the baggage he used to triple text me. But now he seems like he won’t communicate unless I start it first. But yet he gets really bothered when I don’t respond (which he tries to hide. He minimizes his feelings when he’s bothered and represses) So I explain to him that when I leave him on “read “it’s not that I don’t want to talk to him but sometimes I don’t know how to respond when I feel like it seems as if he doesn’t want to speak. I then told him “ i like it when youd take the lead sometimes and start convos too you know. 😘 I miss that “ He told me “I get you chula” I hearted his message and haven’t replied. I’m not sure how to go from there or how to slowly put him back in his masculine energy where he used to constantly text me.

I am no expert. I am in the dating world myself, but decided to talk and FaceTime more. It may yield better results so you can talk and connect better. Texting is a low form of communication, and we place way too much value on it. Text lightly, and talk, FaceTime, and connect in person heavily. :)

Most women seek security, not really money. Money is just a mean and I'd rather chose a regular Joe who's managing his finances well (not in debt except for a house, has funds for emergencies like the equivalent of a 6 mothns salary) than some dude who throws his money by the windows as if it were infected with some deadly virus! So security means someone who'll not cheat, who has a clear vision, who work (and not into random gigs) , takes care of himself (good figure, not unhealthy) and who can be generous with people. You should also protect yourself and do an introspection in case you attract only gold-diggers , it means that you have a pattern of behaviour that makes you miss good women and end up always with some crazy ass gals ( I'm a woman lol, and I said it haha) .

I understand how frustrating this may seem. But just know that your soulmate is out there somewhere. It helps to write a list of the perfect guy and how you would want him to feel about you and treat you. You can write it as long and detailed as you like. You can even say in the list that if the guy for you is not your friend, that you want the universe to provide an even more attractive guy that's more in alignment with what you want. Then bless the list and send it out to the universe. Afterwards, just work on knowing you deserve love and that it's coming for you. Don't have any expectations. Set your friend aside as a maybe. But work on knowing your soulmate will arrive. Also work on self love and self esteem. If you had a friend and she was attracted to someone who didn't like her back, what would you say to that friend? Tell yourself what you would say to a friend or relative. That helps you get through it.

As a woman who has not had too much trouble attracting men, how do I keep from getting burnt out? Your video reinforces what I have already learned on the dating field, that men love the chase... but not necessarily the catch. In other words, they are wasting my time. When I set boundaries and and withdrawal from that relationship which is not going anywhere.... he will always come back. 100% of the time, to pursue me, play more games, and waste more time. I am nearing 40 now and have still never been married. Help me! I'm getting too old to be engaged in this back and forth! I'm tired.
