I've also been following the project since it was announced in 2018 and I can't believe we're here! I have such high hopes for it and really think they're going to knock it out of the park! I'm thinking about watching the movie for the first time just to see how bad things can get so I can be even more excited when the new live action debuts.

Dont subject yourself to it tbh. The best thing you can do is look up “all bending moments from shymalan avatar” and thats all you really need to see. Every time they say Iroh, Aang, Sokka, or Agni Kai, they butcher the pronunciation and it physically hurts to listen to it. (Eerow, Ong, So-cuh, and Agni Key) Some of the CG is good, but earthbending and firebending are done so poorly that it’s inexcusable. And right before the climax of the movie it shows a 2 minute shot of aang and katara practicing their bending forms while nothing is happening. It would be a great scene if they made the snow and water move, but literally nothing…happens…

@@philipsparks3438I'm not sure if I'll actually commit because what I have seen is so awful. The idea of watching it feels like intentionally ingesting poison, but watching clips might be the move if I don't put the movie on!
