It’s Day #10 of your Summer Fit '24 SWEAT Challenge! This full-body, no-equipment workout combines cardio and strength in heart-pumping intervals. Start with 30 seconds of bodyweight cardio, then follow with 45 seconds of back-to-basics strength, and finish the circuit with a full minute of sweat and sculpting! It’s over before you know it!

Wow!! My heart rate really got up in the last round and I really felt the burn during the entire workout: upper and lower body!! Thank you for always keeping it interesting, Amy!!🥰❣

OMG! This was sooo CHALLENGING ! Especially when we add the Two moves together. My legs ,arms and core are feeling the sculpt and the 🔥🔥🔥. Another AMAZING workout. Thank-u Amy!😅😊

Great workout!!! My heart rate went up right at the beginning and stayed up through all of the awesome bodyweight moves, and I loved the Bonus Move!!! High Fives 🙌🙌💯😁

Not only do you constantly create fresh workouts to prevent plateau-ing, but you curate fresh playlists when life is crazy. Not having to prepare and ruminate on my workouts has not only given me the ability to focus on my form and intention more, but it has freed my brain from ONE MORE THING to do! Bodyweight workout does not equal easy! I wasn’t ready for that one-it kicked my butt (really, it kicked my hamstrings, lol!!!)

When we were doing the arm pulls and presses at the beginning, I thought this workout wasn’t going to be that challenging. Well, I was definitely wrong! The sweat was pouring off me - so much that I need to remember to wear contacts next time, so the sweat doesn’t pool in my glasses again!! 😂

Love, love, love this! This was a great workout. I added some weights at time and boy did I feel it. No need for it though as this is a great no equipment workout! Thanks!

Nice one! Been battling some static pain and now that it’s on the mend this was nice to add in some strength training to prevent it from coming back
