It’s Day #10 of your Summer Fit '24 SWEAT Challenge! This full-body, no-equipment workout combines cardio and strength in heart-pumping intervals. Start with 30 seconds of bodyweight cardio, then follow with 45 seconds of back-to-basics strength, and finish the circuit with a full minute of sweat and sculpting! It’s over before you know it!

When we were doing the arm pulls and presses at the beginning, I thought this workout wasn’t going to be that challenging. Well, I was definitely wrong! The sweat was pouring off me - so much that I need to remember to wear contacts next time, so the sweat doesn’t pool in my glasses again!! 😂
