Awsome this is my 5th week doing not only this video but included some of the other videos. I was skeptical to see if they would work and yes they do I don't notice the change due to I'm always looking in the mirror but other people do my mom noticed that my back fat has decrease significantly and that's awsome... I started at 220lbs and now I'm at 214lbs my goal is 155lbs... So yes they work just follow through and eat reduce your meals. Thanks for the videos awsome work!

zz22 ...i do this one and the other ones are 20 minute walk and full body work-out, and total body work-out... I just do these three every day except sat and sun unless I miss a day during the week... But yes it's consistency walking helps burn fat that is why since I can't go out of home sometimes I do the inhome walking vids trust me they do bring out a sweat

For the skeptical people, this works. I am doing FOUR 7 Minute Workout a day: The 7 Minute Workout to Lose Belly Fat, the 7 Minute Workout to Lose Arm Flab, the 7 Minute Workout to Reduce Back Fat and Tone Your Back, and alternate days between the 7 Minute Workout to Slim Your Legs and the 10 Minutes Thigh Workout. I started all this last month. I have seen the changes, not only physically but mentally as well. I used to scoff at people who said working out was fun. It is fun once you get into it. I also started to go to the gym three-four times a week. However, regardless if I go to the gym or not, I do all these every day in the morning, if I wake up early, or before I go to sleep. My waist has thinned, my arms are becoming more defined, my back problems are getting better, and I can see myself losing fat, having more stamina, and enjoying exercise. Even if you are skeptical, try it. You won't regret it.

@@Tiffanymci When I started her workouts, i didnt feel much cuz i was an active person already, I was an athlete as well but i stopped playing sports and I didnt like myself just laying around doing nothing and being an athlete our coaches did make us do on floor workouts like planks crunches pushups etc but i never enjoyed, so i tried hers because they were mostly stand up workouts, the first workout i tried was the muffin top and this one and i lost 3-4kgs in just a week. I didnt have the besttt diet either but what i learned from lucy is to focus on how many inches you lose rather than just watching the scale.

This really works! It took only 9 days to lose an inch off my back! I also do her 7 day "lose 1-2 inches off your waist" challenge before each session to burn more calories beforehand. I'm happy to say that there's a very noticeable difference even without measuring!

@@camilarojas2936 It is not as easy as it seems. You must do other exercises, eat certain foods and drink lots of water. I did not lose a lot it in the back, but I did lose inches all round. In total I lost 18 lbs.

I can honestly say this does work! I bought a dress for my anniversary and it was suffocatingly tight. I did not have time to return it. I told myself I just need to lose an inch from my back in the next 5 days. I am pleased to say that, I started this on a Tuesday and by that Friday, not only was the dress no longer too tight, it was slipping off of my shoulders. Thank you for this amazing routine and you other ones!

Thinking about the work some people do to get into shape, it is almost unbelievable how these exercises work but THEY DO!!! Recording this for myself and motivation: P.S I always do my own stretch and booty workout first (Total: 2 weeks) Scroll for Week 2 ⬇️ Day 1: ⚡️ Not bad at all. I can really feel the places that it’s supposed to help. Wasn’t hard to follow. Need to work on my form and executing the moves ‘professional’. I still have my back fat of course 😂. But I will definitely continue this challenge Day 2: ⚡️Same notes and details as day one. It’s getting easier to actual follow along and do the movements (again I do other workouts before this so that does factors in) Day 3: ⚡️You can really feel exactly where each of the moves target your body. I did feel a little pain, but it’s mostly from soreness of stretching (which is ok!). I can feel myself progressing more and more to doing it effectively. I’m not at Lucy’s level, but I’m getting there ☺️ I’m seeing difference on the side of my back plus my belly too!! Still got a long way to go 🥵 Day 4: ⚡️I’m slowly and slowly starting to see differences with my back fat and my sister notices too, which gets me novitiate to keep going. I can’t wait to see the results after a week 😆 Day 5: ⚡️It’s easy to follow along. I’m actually seeing charges with my body. (Again I do other workouts as well) I will do this video twice for the last two days to see if I can enhance the results. Day 6: ⚡️ I almost forgot to update, my bad. Today I did it TWICE and it was really easy to follow along both times. Even before I start today and after the workout I feel more able to continue going and to just be active. I don’t ever feel to sit down and laying around anymore 😊 Day 7: ⚡️WEEK COMPLETED! My back isn’t completely gone, but it is starting to go away. You will see difference in your body, but also with how you feel. I now want to get up and workout. I want to be productive. This has pushed and motivated me in so many ways. I not only want to change who I am physically but also change who I am mentally. I want to the BEST and most HEALTHIEST version of myself. I will be continuing this workout again along with Lucy’s arm fat workout and I will also record below ⬇️⬇️⬇️ (P.s I will do both workouts a day starting Sunday. Saturday is my rest day) Day 1: ⚡️Since I was seeing difference with my back and side fat I decided to do it again for another week and it’s going well. I can keep up while still feeling the workout. Day 2: ⚡️My back fat AND stomach fat went down a tiny tiny bit, my booty is getting a lot bigger, and my legs are getting stronger. Still got a long way to go so stay tuned Day 3: ⚡️ (Same as yesterday) There’s not really much to say now. This workout is working! You just have to stay motivated and keep going 🥰 Day 4: ⚡️My back and stomach fat is reducing little by little. I’m gaining more energy each day I workout. I also feel healthier than I did before. I still have a long way to go, but I know I can do it 💎REST DAY💎 Day 5: ⚡️I still have fat continuously decreased little by little. Just have to be CONSISTENT, DETERMINED, and MOTIVATED Day 6:⚡️(Same as yesterday) KEEP GOING IF YOURE READING THIS!! ❤️ Day 7:⚡️2 WEEKS COMPLETED!! I definitely see changes from when I started 14 days ago. I’m going to continue doing this workout again for TWO more weeks to make it a total of one month. @@angelas8496 Hi Angela, I've just been cutting down and eating more fruit and vegetables. I've also been drinking more fluids especially water and black coffee/tea. I don't take sugar anyway. But I think the main thing for me is not eating between meals. It takes a bit of getting used to but if I can do it so can you. Good luck 💪💞

I am glad I found Lucy. I've been doing some of her 7 mins challenges for about 3months now and they do work for me. I have seen and felt the changes and the workouts are incredible. I do her workouts regularly and I will continue to because her teachings are working for me. I officially stopped looking at other channels because Lucy offers everything . Today was day 1 for me. I honestly underestimated this workout, I’m sweating and that’s after 7 minutes! I’m glad I started. I hope to be consistent. Day 2 ✅ I added the tummy workout Day 3✅ Day 4✅ (was harder, I am not sure why) Day 5✅ Day 6✅ Day 7✅ I added 3000 - 5000 steps as from day 2 and intentionally drank water. Overall my energy levels have improved and so has my mood. I’m calmer and happier. I lost 2cm on my hips, 2cm on my arms, 1cm around my waist and 2kg. I am really happy and I will continue for the rest of December.

I've been doing this for the past 4 days, along with another 15 minutes low-impact cardio routine that I've been previously doing. I should've measured my waistline before starting it, but senseless to do it now. However, I've noticed the elastic waistband in my underpants no longer rolls over. LOL! I've altered the routine slightly though. When you switch steps within each of the 7 moves, I can't keep up & it throws off my rhythm. Thus, instead of switching back & forth every 4-8 counts, I do each of the 2 steps within the moves for 30 seconds before switching. It helps a lot. Thanks for the video!

Really happy to have found you. I’m a former athlete and used to rigorously working out. When I hire trainers, they rigorously work me out. I’m pushing 50, but I don’t look it. So trainers work me out like I’m in my late 20s to early 30s. I always quit. I needed something a bit less rigorous. I can and will definitely keep up with this. Today started this too... Day1: ✅ Day2: ✅ Day3: ✅ Day 4,5,6 : ✅ Day7: ✅ Not so significant changes but yeah this workout makes me feel good nd I think it needs at least a month or 2 to show some significant changes

I started doing this last week was only able to do 5 days I seen results, then I did a full of week of days 7days I can see my back fat and rolls are starting to go away. I’m pleased.

Love this challenges! Last week I started with the "lose 1 to 2 inches", now the "lose back fat" is nearly finished and the next one will be the "muffin top" workout Just bought your cook book and gave it a quick look-through Looks amazing and soooo delicious, will try the chia seeds breakfast tomorrow What I like most about your workouts is that EVERYONE can do them, there are no crazy fancy moves only artistic fitness gods can do (like in many other videos) One really feels good and motivated to go on after your training, whereas too difficult workouts only demotivate (at least that's what I feel) So thank you very much Lucy 😘

im doing the muffin top one now and notice a difference. was just doing tae bo previously and lost weight in hips but not my abs . With these videos i have lost from 3 to 4 inchs from my waist. so was checking this video to see how hard it is.need to work on back too

I'm gonna start this workout 💪 Day 1: ✔️ Sorry guys.. I had started my cycle so I couldn't continue this. But gonna start this again today. Day 1 again : ✔️ Day 2 : ✔️ Day 3 : ✔️ Day 4 : ✔️ Day 5 : ✔️ Day 6 : ✔️ Day 7 : ✔️ I'm seeing a lot of changes already guys.. my back fat hasn't completely gone.. but reduced so much.. I'm not only doing this.. but Emi Wong's Abs workout too.. and other workouts too.. plus I see an immense reduction in my love handles.. I'm so happy 👯👯👯..

@@ananirfan1503 No it did not reduce any bra bulge for me.. that bulge takes a long time to go away.. you can workout your arms specifically with weights.. then you can see results

Just finished another one of you 7 day HIIT and feel great and lost over 2 inches! Now I’ve chose this 7 day workout, I’ll let you know how it goes!! Love your workouts! So simple, quick and WORKS! i feel terrible about my back and just wanna ball up and cry i’m gonna try this out. day 1: pretty nice and sweaty work out. praying that i actually see results day 2: very sweaty. much more than the first time. shoulders kinda hurt but i sweated a lot. more tiring day 3: skipped day 4: even more tiring day 5: day 6 day 7:

Another great workout! Added this one along with the posture one today. Anyone questioning if these work, they really do. Just need to stick with them. They may take a few weeks of doing them, but they do work. I am 53 and went from a size 14 down to a size 10 since January. Thank you Lucy!!

I work out only once a day 5 to 7 days a week, depending on if I am doing a challenge. Sometimes I only do one video a day, other days I can do up to 3. Also again depends on my mood which videos I decide to do. I have stuck with a couple of her challenges (Legs, waist and arms so far) but I personally like to mix it up. I post my workouts Daily in my group I have on Face Book. This keeps me motivated, but also I can look back and see how I am doing. Hope this helped.

i started 1 week ago with the Belly Fat challenge and lost 1 inch in the waist & hip. Now i do another 7 days and hope to loose another inch or 2. I am in the menopause so my metabolism is slower. I just keep digging the daily routine, eat wise and have faith ;-)

I have a trash diet too (and i Love cookies). I am on day two of this workout and was wondering if it would even be work it. This is reassuring! I want to eat healthy but Im not the cook in the house, we are working on our food habits.

Started today Weight 66.5 kg Waist 28" Lower belly 36" Doing with Lucy's 2 week challenge Day 1 🔥 Day 2 🔥 Day 3 🔥 Day 4 😇 rest. But going to do 10 k steps walking Day 5 skipped Day 6 🔥 did it. Btw I find my back little bit toned. I'll try to do it daily 😬

I saw results working with you for very minimal time ( 7 +7) for about 2 weeks than doing one and half hour workouts from gym for a month. I guess you know what you are doing. @@Random.338 so far I lost 5 pounds and I stopped for a a few weeks because I was moving to a new home. But it's great stick with it and walk the sixteen minutes as many times as week that you can. Good luck 💪🏼

I’m on day 3 today I am having a quinceñera and I’m trying to get into shape so that I can look my best on the day off I also have been doing the 1-2 inches for 7 days and the back fat work out and also another stomach workout I have been also drinking apple cider vinegar with water and right now I am starting to notice a small but noticeable change but I’ll keep every one posted once my week is over and tell y’all how many inches I have lost

i started the back fat exercises on 8th april 2022 finallly as i kept putting it off thought they looked hard for some reason but its been the best workout i love i tried a dressing gown on that i got about 6 months ago and its fits this means more to me than money i felt like a princess love you lucy pleased you have helped so many women forever grateful xxx

Do it as a light squat dont push a lot And no it reduces fat cuz ur moving several parts in your body at the same time

It's amazing how much sweat breaks out in 7 minutes. My first 7 day challenge of this work out helped me to lose 2 1/2 inches after working out in 7 days.
