In the effort to become better and try to bring harmony to our lives, it is possible that we lose sight of what makes the biggest difference. I would argue that going from poor sleep to good sleep will have a greater impact on your well being and ability to handle stress, that is to be more resilient, than moving your sleep from good to great!I’ve had many clients with terrible sleep start taking it seriously and as a result, their ability to handle more stress and be more productive increases.
