It is said that dry brushing should be done before showering or bathing and skin needs to be completely dry. Brush towards the lymph nodes. Examples are under the arms and groin area but lymph nodes are located in many different areas of the body. You work with strokes (edited: towards the heart) and towards the lymph node. This is of course as long as you don’t have any lymphatic issues in the particular area.

Lunges and Squats are great if you have good or young knees.... I am older (I'm nearly 65) and had a car door slam on my knee after a wind gust caught the door. Is there an alternative exercise(s) to use besides lunges and squats?

@lorettamarshall7577 start at feet. Work up. Study the lymph drainage system. Avoid commercial soaps. Use natural exfoliants like baking soda and water. Washing, and dry brushing. It takes about 6 weeks to see results. Noxzema on face will take out impurity. Take care to not miss under finger nails. As granny said, keep your nose clean literally.. and wash behind your ears. I'm almost 50 and ppl think I'm 30

Yes, but be careful. You want as fine a salt as you can find, as it can hurt otherwise. If it's too coarse you can also wind up damaging your skin with scratches and microscratches. Also, some people's skin simply cannot handle salt at all. Just play around with different recipes and *listen to your body.*

I have just dry brushed. It was painful and Im getting my legs and arms lasered so I won't be able to do it. Im so fed up with it, especially my arms and underarms. I never had a pick of it until i was 50, then baby, menopause and I just dont know what happened me but at 58 it is really depressing me. I do all the stretching, yoga, weights. Strangely my legs arent too bad, more my upper body but I am going to really go at it and do whatever i can to shake it off. If I dont like something in my life, I change it.

6:49 As a 60 yr old woman who eats a WFPB diet, I need a plant based collagen. My question is... How much am I losing using a plant based collagen vs a "regular" bovine / egg shell collagen? I know your collagen is beefed up pretty good, so there's probably a great deal of difference... Can you tell me how I can beef up my plant based so it's "almost" as good? I have a laundry list of things that are not quite right with me - RA, OA, Degenerative Disk, Fibro, Hashimotos, I could keep going but I'm sure you get the picture. Each one has a very special group of less-than-friendly meds that I take. Blah, blah... My point is that I don't eat great, need to lose over 100 lbs (I've lost 16 since 8/23 when I joined you), since 2017 had lower back surgery, rotator cuff surgery, and last year bilateral knee replacement surgery. I need to have my knees redone, I have 5 more blown disks in my lower back, and a small tear in my shoulder. BUT - I am changing my lifestyle!! I'm eating better (WFPB) with Rotational Fasting. I know I need more vitamins, minerals, etc because of my eating and the meds (methotrexate, Humira, and Narcs - among others). I already take your Vit D, somebody else's Magnesium (I don't think I'm getting anything from it though), your Electrolytes, your Vit C, Probiotic, some Mushrooms, and a Woman's Daily. I hadn't been to the grocery store so I hadn't started the collagen yet. Am I getting close to where I need to be? (supplement speaking) I am starting to feel a difference. Things are starting to turn around. I had my 1st "almost" stable blood panel for my Rheumatologist last week. So, yeah. Just wanted to see if you could let me know - like do a liver cleanse, whatever, add these Vit or Nutrients, etc. Sorry for the book.
