Hi Peta. I did the first full face exercises yesterday and saw a difference today. Wow. I really like the label fold exercises as my laugh lines are my primary issues. You teach very well and at a pace that is easy to keep up with. Thank you from Ohio!

HI Peta, I loved this exercise. This along with the lip lift makes me look awesome instantly. I do a full face, but see the biggest improvements with the lower half. I wanted to share with you a neat bit of information, which has helped me a lot. Maybe you already know about this. Ideally, we would hold our tongue plastered onto our palate, especially the back third of the the tongue. A lot of people with underdeveloped jaws left their mouths open as a child and their tongue sitting on the bottom of their mouths. This can create a lot problems, not just aesthetic. Aesthetically, however, it does cause your jaw to retrieve over time and leads to wrinkles and an imbalanced face. So I've been practicing keeping my tongue, (back third especially) hard against my palate. If you're not used to it, it can feel like you're cutting off your airway. But you get hang of it. It's difficult at first. The results I've seen in my face are amazing. It's only been about a week, but face looks fuller, more plump, and my lips look fuller. Also, it has helped me maintain good posture, because it is actually supporting your head. I found this information when I was searching for oral posture. It's good stuff. Hope you can use this somehow. Thanks for your videos!

Hi Ichel, so glad you are getting results from the exercises. Yes I do know about what you are referring to and have done a video on it. It also cut my husbands snoring down by almost nothing by practising it. Thanks for your post! :-)

Ichel Ichel - I love the tongue info. My jaw would hang slightly from improper teeth alignment. As a side note - Americans used to jokingly refer to country folk as "slack- jawed"...lol. Anyway, I'll keep my tongue stuck to the roof of my mouth from now on knowing that is the proper position. Than you.

Hey coach! Got a very good one for you... you will be very pleased! I am doing exercises for 3 weeks to a month now... 2 days ago my 9 years old boy just came to me... get close to my face with open mouth.... I said... what are you doing honey? you want to eat my nose or what? lol He said.... yes! i want to eat it... it's so beautiful I said... You mean that it's different than it use to be? He said... Kathy, you need just to keep trying to learn it. Its because you have never used those muscles, and your brain needs to learn the pathways on how to move them more. Just keep trying. re watch the video, there is really nothing much more i could add

Thank you Peta. I was actually doing this wrongly as I didn't look closely at the exercise.... thank goodness that I am going back to every single one in details... I find it difficult to flare the nose outwards .. but I guess I need to keep trying my best....

Oooohhhhhh Peta. I'm soooo excited for your next "Exercise along with me series" and this exercise will be a terrific addition to that I am sure. This exercise is a bit tricky but I can feel it working the muscles along my nose. I hardly knew this muscle existed! Hi Peta. First off, I'd just like to thank you so much for making these amazing videos. You are wonderful!! I just tried out this exercise last night and it was difficult. I still haven't quite mastered the downward nostrils. What I was wondering is if I should be doing this exercise or the nose reshaping, lifting and fixing a droopy nose exercise? I have a longer, wider nose that has become droopier then I would like. Are these exercises interchangeable and all do the same thing, or should I be doing the other video to make my nose more toned and less droopy? Also, I feel like my nose is big after the first time I do an exercise. Is that just me over analyzing? I feel like it would take a couple weeks before I noticed it was really doing that. Again thank you so much. I just really want to get my nose in better shape before the holidays.

It is where to start with Facerobics. Also, just exercise your nose gently, as it can change shape quickly, but you need to be doing the nose exercise as part of a full face routine. Hope that helps.

Hello, sorry for my English. When I was little, my nose was very beautiful, but I used to put chickpeas on my nose for play purposes, and over time, my nose began to expand and grow. Will he get back to his old self over time with this exercise?

I am very happy with the results so far after doing these exercises for about 6 months. however, my worst area is smoker lines around the mouth area. was wondering what extra exercises I can do in addition to the basic routine to help firm this up? like you say in some of your videos that if you have problem areas you can do some extra ones to tackle those areas? thanks!

Hey Peta, Will this exercise make my nose straighter or even slightly turn upwards? I do other exercises that you do, will they make my nose straight or upturned from strengthening the tip of my nose and the muscles? I've been doing them for about 4 weeks. Thanks so much, great work!

Hello Peta! Finally someone shining some serious light on the power of facial excersise! I'm currently working as a male model and I'm looking for a way to get my cheeks to hollow out just a bit more, was wondering if the cheek lift excersise will help with this? Also really thinking about getting an ultrasound wand to achieve the dented result I'm after, do you think it would work? Weight loss isn't really an option at this point!

+andollio1337 - Andollio, if I were you I would start a full face routine, as it will sculpt your face and give you the jawline you are looking for. being a man, you need to start on level 2 for 3 weeks and then move up to level 3 all at once for 3 weeks. Then go to series 2 and do the same thing. The videos are in my playlist, start with blue hands then go to purple hands. You will see them listed as EXERCISE ALONG WITH ME - SERIES 1 AND 2. I hope that helps!

Hi Donna, have you seen the Focus Technique video. its in the playlists along with the other technique videos. You need to watch that and learn how to focus. once you get that right, your eyebrows wont as much and your nose will 😀

I love this! Thanks so much! But I’m having the hardest time not frowning when I do it. Any tips on how to now frown? I try to hold up my eyebrows with my hands and just do the nostril exercises.

Bella, you need to use the focus technique when you do it. Look straight ahead, and concentrate only on the muscles you are exercising

Hi Peta, I understand that in other videos you mention how you mustn’t over exercise the nose or lips, so you switch between them in each series. I’ve been following along from series 1, which included a nose exercise.. but now Im on series 2 which includes another nose exercise but no lips. Could you just clarify that I am not over exercising the nose? Is this exercise predominantly for the nasobial folds? Sending love Xxx

Hi Maureen you must have been doing it too much or too strong because it should not have changed so drastically. You cant change the exercises in the EAWM series. Just do this one as normal, and DONT CHANGE THE EXERCISES!!! lol

Bheesham Moudgil Hi, all I can say is keep exercising and if it is getting bigger, and you do not like the shape it is taking on, just stop doing the routine. However, the tip of your nose should be shaping, not getting bigger. Possibly try not doing so many repetitions or not so many thru the day.

My natural inclination when I try to do this is for my nose to pull up instead of flare down. Would this achieve the same results since you're moving the same muscles? I find it a lot easier to do this way..

Hi Mike, you need to flare your nostrils down, not up, otherwise you will change the whole exercise doing it the other way.

Hi Peta. I do have quite pronounced nosolabial folds and I believe one of the reason for this is my very strong Levator Labii Superioris muscle. I'm bit worrying that this exercise since its working on this muscle could make my problem worse...whats your toughs?

Welllllll, if it didnt work, why would I offer it as an exercise!!! Your fingers are not meant to be doing anything, they are anchoring the muscles so the sides of the nose muscles can move. I would suggest that you go to the playlists and watch the various technique videos and it will help answer your questions.

hi peta.don't know if anyone has asked this of you but i really need guidance as to what would be the best 5 ex to choose for a full face routine if you have one arm in a cast. i was finally in routin every morning in bed then had the most unfortune to slip on ice and now facing surgery and months of -only one hand use i would really appreciate your help so i don't stop and regress and maybe there would be others this could help

Hi, I am wondering if you happen to have an exercise fo a starting "clown mouth" right and left side of mouth down to the chin? Also, can botox be used along with the facial exercise? Thank you!

Christiane Feinstein Hi Christiane, thanks for asking. No, you cannot use Botox in conjunction with face exercises, because you cannot move the muscles to do the exercise. If you do this properly it will tone the muscles around your nose and nasolabial folds. My face exercises do not give dramatic results. They tone and shape the face to its natural shape. You need to do a full face routine, if you do this exercise alone you will create many more wrinkles and your nose will droop

I have been struggling with nasolabial folds. Two years ago, I had injections to the face. That was a big mistake. I didn't see the results I expected. I started doing the exercises, and I see a big difference. I find this exercise a bit hard to do. Is there anything a bit easier and just as effective Peta?

I have a TMJ disorders due to using brazes when I was younger..do you have any tip for fixing that jaw problem? it always makes a crack sound when I open wide in the morning and even through oit the day .. and also, my face I think has gone in a long shape because of the braces and I would like to get my jaw back to a nice reshape I had when as a kid

yes ehabtouch, it does, but you need to learn to bring your focus to where it should be, on the muscles you are exercising. I have alot of videos about focus and suggest that you go to the playlists and watch the techniques and beginner play lists. it will help you understand. Also, if you havent already i would suggest you subscribe and hit the notification bell so that you are updated when i do videos, because there is alot to it.

Dear Peta, just to ask very quickly, does this exercise also help strengthening of the muscle between nose and upper lip? also, when doing this excercise I end up with pain in my nose muscle. I am getting the feeling that it can give volume to the tip of my nose. would it be the case?x

somayyeh rezayi Hi Somayyeh, this exercise strengthens all the muscles around and above and below the nose. Yes, sometimes I have pain too, but it is the same if you are in the gym, no pain no gain. This should not give volume to the tip of your nose, but more shape your whole nose. If that makes sense? lol

Hi Waquar, this exercise is part of a full face routine. You cant just do one exercise on your face otherwise you will cause more sagging. here is the Facerobics Program and how to follow it properly - renewme.com.au/where-to-start-and-how-to-use-the-facerobics-face-exercise-program-for-your-face-exercise-success/. With this program you must be doing a full face routine, if you don’t, you run the risk of causing more sagging and wrinkling of the skin. This is because the program is a very strong exercise program. Everything, along with the Exercise Along With Me videos are in the playlists on this channel. Make sure to work thru the series as instructed starting from Series 1 to Series 6. When you get to Series 6 (if there is not a new series) start at Series 1 again and move thru the program again. All of the explanation videos are in the information bar at the top right hand corner of the video, the little circle, just click on it, or in the playlists on the channel. Also if you haven’t already remember to subscribe and hit the notification bell also, as the program is forever evolving and you could miss out on updates. I would encourage you to go to the playlists and watch the beginner videos, and techniques before you start.

Hi Peta, I can't seem to get how to move anything else other than my nostrils flaring. I.e., I don't understand how to engage the upper lip / area between the nose and the lip. I had the same issue with the Series 1 nose lift. Thank you so much!!!

+Jen Jen definitely email her! no one has a symmetrical face, but you may just need to be shown some exercises thank you do on the weaker side of your face. I actually suffer from a jaw problem TMJD and have a slightly uneven side due to one side being stronger. Don't worry, its fixable

hi Peta, won't placing fingers at the tip of the nose like that make the nose upturn . can I do this exercise without upturning at the tip of my nose. thnx

Hi Jussna, no it wont upturn your nose, as in this exercise you are only placing your fingers lightly on the nose, to guide the nose. Possibly watch the video again and you will see what I mean.

Hi peta. I am experiencing a fine line appear along the nostrils right along the spot on the nose where the skin squeezes on the nose when we flare our nostrils... not along the nasolabial but on the nose on each nostril... is it like I'm not flaring my nostrils correctly?

I wish I could figure this out, it drives me crazy 😫 but there must be something wrong with my face. The only thing I can do with my nose to make it move is breath air in through it really hard & I mean like “really” hard. If I scrunch it up I can only do it if I scrunch my entire face, (eyes closed & all). I can’t even move my top lip down without sucking the bottom lip in. Even then my nose doesn’t move at all, my lips just kinda cover my teeth so I look like I have real thin or no lips but my nose is definitely staying stationary. There’s gotta be something I’m doing wrong🤨. How on Earth are you guys doing this so easily??....I stare & stare in the mirror & try & try to tell my face to move but nothing around my nose moves. (Can’t move my bottom eyelids or ears either) hahaha...Even if I blow out hard through my nose it doesn’t flare or anything, maybe if I hold it closed with my fingers while blowing out🤔...Right now tho, I think I’m simply glad I can at least smile😔cause I dunno....The rest of my face must be paralyzed or frozen or alien or something & I just thought everyone was the same😔😔😔...hahaha guess not, destined to stay like this for a little while longer I suppose...

Hi what you are doing is flaring your nostrils downwards and you are gently isolating the nasal muscles that are either side of your nose as you do it. Once you learn to flare your nostrils you will get it.

Hi Peta! Is this exercise different from the one where you seem to say "yuck!" to smooth out the nasolabial fold? I can do that movement but this downward flaring of nostrils seems to be the opposite...am I wrong? I REALLY want to get this exercise right because I feel that i need to smooth out this area in particular. I have noticed that fold appearing after I hit 35...Thanks in advance!

HI Peta, really having trouble not frowning (and I already have severe 11 lines) doing this. What I am trying to do is raise my eyebrows in a "surprise" expression to help kind of freeze my frownie area so it doesn't move when doing this ex.-is that o.k.?

Hi Esteri, when you do any of the exercises, you need to focus on the muscles you are moving. When that happens, your other muscles will relax. If they dont, you need to split your focus, 1 on the muscles you are moving and the other on the muscles not to move them. My program can be complicated and advanced, but once you master your mind in that way you can do anything :-)

Hi Peta !! Great video as usual :) whenever i do the exercises my face and fingers dont move up and down like yours bt i cn feel the muscles underneath moving ...is it that m applying too much pressure or that is normal ? Also plz tell me which of ur exercises to refer to to build muscles below the eye and side of the eye to treat the hollow..i am currently doing "No surgery eyelift exercise". Also is der any exercise to build the sides of the forehead besides outer corners of the eyes but a little away frm eyes, probably area near the temporalis muscle ?

Shinu Sharma Hi Shinu, yes you could be pressing too hard. I think I mentioned in the video something about that, just to let the muscles move under the pads of your fingers. They, in this exercise are more like a guide. For the sides of your face and temporalis area, this exercise will help - kzbin.info/www/bejne/noHFc4SbqNeqpJo. When you do it, really press down (not pulling down) but press down on the sides of your forehead, just before the temporalis muscles and you may feel it lifting slightly. It is a really difficult area to move. I hope that helps!
