Hi Villy, thank you yes, we are safe here. We only have 3 covid cases in the state I live in Australia, so we are very lucky and thankful. With any exercises, you need to follow the routines. There are no special exercises for an area. All of the exercise routines address all of the issues most people face. Just follow the program and you will have results over time. 💖

The reason why we dont do this treatment all at once is 2 fold. 1) time factor and 2) i want you to start to focus on just one area in each level. when you do this, you will begin to activate the mind body connection and you will have amazing results. just stick to what I have done, and you will see what I mean. 💖

Hello Peta! I was wondering, would it be okay to use a jade roller instead of fingers when running them across the cheek? I find that doing that motion is causing some irritation on my skin. Thank you!

This makes so much sense to me. I use a little massage tool called a faceblaster to loosen facial fascia. And it does work, but there isn't a lot of info as far as techniques for these particular wrinkles. I'll be incorporating your methods with my normal massage routine. Thank you! And, it's really nice to see you talk about releasing fascia and how it can change your face.

Hi Laura, all of the exercises to S4-6 are in the playlists under their respecitve series names. they are not like S1-3 EAWMe Series, they are just the exercises, learn them and just do the routines as if you are following along with me. New EAWMe vids to S4-6 are in the Membership Site.

I love the way you explain all this... I can see your level of research and development on this and you look gorgeous.. I’m trying so hard to get a good depiction of the muscles (directly) under the neck since this is my main area of bulging and weirdness.. that depresses me.. but cannot find good illustration of what happening to me...

@@facerobics hello Peta...see i really (wish) it was that simple...every time i see your videos i think...oh none of these are really getting to this (weird thing) with my neck....yes...very partly (the cords_ ) running up and down...but mainly a bizarre at base of throat bulge from left to right covering entire width of neck... and (two bulges) right under the palate...quite horrific really and brings me such mental pain i saw two cosmetic surgeons who tried to fix it (twice) under full anasthesia...to no avail...sorry if this is not very happy text!!! just wish so badly could fix it somehow and you are so deeply interested in the research into the face and that fascinates me and makes me feel (if anyone would know what to do it just might be you

Oh I am so sorry! Have you had a test for over or under active thyroid? Sometimes people's neck skin does what you are describing? I am by no means a Doctor, but it might be worth looking into

Thank you so much! I am a true believer of facial excercise and I do them daily in the morning. I have seen huge difference especially in the jowls and neck area. I love all your excercises, I love the 20 seconds hold as I feel the burn. I have a question, what do you think of the facial microcurrent devices. Are they necessary to lift and excercise face while doing facial excercise? Will facial excercise be enough? Thanks again!

Thanks again for sharing! Is it useful / better to put a little creme or oil onto your skin first? Sometimtes I have the feeling it might be to hard on the skin when its dry.

Hi there, in the video I specified not to use anything when you are doing this. Dont worry about dryness, because as discussed, these movements stimulate the hyaluronic acid layer and helps the skin be more hydrated at the upper levels. just follow what I have said, and you will see results :-)

I saw the facia release that starts at the back of the neck and does the whole head. When do you do that?

Hi Shannon I have offered a variety of what I call "treatments" that you can use along side of your exercises. All of the extraneous treatments can be used at your leisure. You can decide what you want to do with them. You can mix them up each week, do them for a bit, and then try some other ones.

Hi Opal Star, this is a very gentle technique, and you should not be pulling your skin as you do it. Try a more gentle approach, but use oil if need be.

Just to clarify. I do this release after I finish my exercise routine. I am starting Series 3 100 reps. I would do this at the end, correct?

Hi Julia if you are on Level 1 of any series, just do the forehead release before the workout. Do not do any more than that for 2 weeks, then when you move to level 2 change to the Nasolabial release, and do that for 2 weeks. Next week I am uploading the jowls release, so when you get to level 3, you can do that. Do that for EVERY series

Hi Moushumi, my name is Peta Dwyer (not to be confused with our Peta) and I am a member of her Facerobics Gym. Peta recommends that when we start the facia release we start it when we are in level 1 of any of the series, that is the 50 reps. So we start with the forehead 50 reps and then do the other releases as you come to them in the 100 reps and 150 reps. Results depends on many things, age, health, genes etc, but if you stick with the program just as Peta tells us you can achieve amazing results. Hi ms PETA, I’m back honestly I tried other face exercise for some face massage, but I don’t understand it seems not working on me, so I’m back and will try here... due of loss weight I got some face problem... nasolabial folds, laugh lines, no more high cheekbones, my lower cheeks is also sagging , got double chin, got turtle neck and some walls at my neck also and becoming so skinny my and bony my neck.. pls help!! Should I start at forehead series then

Hi Amor, glad to see you back. Unfortunately when you lose alot of weight and have loose skin, it does become a problem. Facial exercise will only fix sagging skin when there is a certain amount of it. The theory is, as you exercise the muscles on the face, the skin (like the body) stretches over the muscles as the grow giving a wrinkle free appearance. When there is excess skin, it doesnt work because the muscles on the face will only grow so far. Even tho they strengthen and tone normally as you exercise them, excess sagging skin will not stretch over them. The skin only has so much elastic and then once its stretched beyond its capacity, it is impossible to make it taut again. This is the same for the body. I would advise just keep doing what you are doing, keep exercising, as the facial muscles will still be healthy no matter what your skin is doing.

I am doing the face aerobics where I do 3 weeks of 50 repetitions and then 3 weeks of 100 then move to the next session. Should I do 2 weeks of these forehead, laugh lines etc.?

Hi Mel, just pick the muscle group that you need the most attention and do say forehead for 3 weeks and whatever you pick for 3 weeks.

Hi Humera, if you are on Level 1 of any series, just do the forehead release before the workout. Do not do any more than that for 2 weeks, then when you move to level 2 change to the Nasolabial release, and do that for 2 weeks. Next week I am uploading the jowls release, so when you get to level 3, you can do that. Do that for EVERY series

HI humera, you do it in all series, so every series you do, do these releases before you start your exercises. Level 1, forehead only, Level 2, Nasolabial Folds only, level 3, Jowls only. not all together

I’m on series 3 about to start 150 reps tomorrow gutted I didn’t see these when I was doing level one and two. So to clarify I have to do the Jowels one ?

That’s means that the new serie level 1 I have to start with Jowls -3 weekIs and continue with Forhead -3 weeks and after that to go over to Next serie. Is it okay?

Hi Sabina, I am unsure as to why that happened? Did you change your skincare routine, because facial exercises would not cause that problem. Infact its the opposite effect.

Whenever I do exercise to reduce nasoliable fold it gets more deeper I don't know y can anyone plz suggest what to do I have tried so many exercise but d results it gets deeper

Hi Shahin, this is not an exercise, this is light massage over the areas stated. You should not be getting deeper lines from it.

Hi Lisa, these treatments are for just one part of the face while you are doing facerobics. So, when you do it this way you do not use oil because it will make your fingers slip about and you will not be able to get a grip on the skin when doing the exercises. But the other video was for a full face treatment where you may not be doing the exercises.
