i've been doing this workout once everyday for two weeks and the results are clear ! i used to believe these 'abs in two weeks' were nothing but false hope, this workout definitely does exactly that !! thank you so much!

This is my new favourite ab workout! It’s so chilled and the exercises aren’t overly difficult but it still really targets all the ab muscles, my abs were BURNING during the plank! Thank you so much for this, I will be doing this every day now! ♥️ P.S. thank you for the stretch breaks haha

Just did it! I liked how nothing was repeated and it was just the right length! I would have loved to have a little inset video of some stretches to do particular for the muscles being used, if thats something youd be interested in.

I’ve been doing this as part of my workout routine since you posted it. I workout maybe 3 or 4 times a week. When I first tried to do that roll back I was like OH HEY I totally can’t do that haha. Just finished this workout today and was so happy that I could finally do a roll back without hurting myself! My cat was very proud. I love these videos. They’re perfect for throwing into a whole workout routine. 👍

Giving myself a C- for barely Completing this on my second try. It's been 2 weeks since I last tried it. The first time I got to Full Body Sit-Up and I immediately had this Spiking pain in my lower abs (more like fl-abs) section I have jogged just about everyday since and have been doing regular sit ups and planks. Today I got through it without any insane pain in my abs but wow this is good and yeah I will try to keep myself to doing it daily with proper form for 2 weeks! Thanks Rachel also love the Mango Street vibe music.

This looked so aesthetically pleasing to watch and effortless to execute, yet still getting the work done but I was sadly mistaken. Rachel needs to be charged for attempted murder because this routine almost killed me😂 Everytime the song went: "Don't you wanna..." In my head I was like: "Noooooooo! I don't😫" Can we get some beginner friendly routines please...still liked the video though
