Yes!!! This is exactly everything I love about her workouts. They are workouts for mature women who don't want a trainer talking loud and fast, trying to hype you up or acting like a cheerleader. That style is more for a group session. For me, I'm doing my workouts alone in my home, and I'm able to focus on Cee's instructions. I truly enjoy her workouts and look forward to doing them.

I don’t want to take this chat in wrong direction but because it’s still an unmentionable amongst peri & menopausal women I wanted to give a huge shoutout for how these workouts have improved bladder health. A pelvic floor Physio once tried to explain how abdominal and back muscles significantly affect bladder control. I guess I learn by doing. I noticed after completing Cees workouts for a month or so that the issue of incontinence is almost non existent. 💃🏼

At 66yo, I love these 30 min whole body workouts. I am working on body recomposition, so for now, doing one of your 30 min workouts 3x per week, then moving on to the next one the following week, really works well for me. I lift heavy and am so pleased to get toned at a minimum and muscle beyond that. Your workouts are perfection. I love everything about them…at home, with dumbbells, and barefoot! It all works for me.

I've been working out with weights off and on for 30 years. But since menopause, I became incredibly inconsistent and gained weight and I became prediabetic. I started on a journey to improve my A1c and BP in particular, so that I don't end up with my daughter having to take care of me when I get older, so I could stay in my own house and not have to go to a retirement home in a few decades, and so that I remain active, mobile, and flexible as I age gracefully. I got serious about strength training back in June, using heavy weights. According to my bio-impedence scale, I've lost not just body fat, I've gained muscle, and I look and feel great. I just found Cee just a few weeks ago, and I absolutely LOVE these uncomplicated workouts. They are simple, but extremely challenging (I'm literally pouring sweat at the mid-point of the workout!). And that Cee is 50 years old and looking as fantastic as she does, and provides these very doable workouts, is amazing. My A1c dropped from 5.9 to 5.5 in 6 months, and the growth in my muscles has been so gratifying. I'm looking forward to increased muscle growth as well as additional fat loss as I continue with Cee's workouts. I'll be 59 years old next week.

Just completed this for the third time. I’m beginning week eight (sometimes I do the upper body split before my cardio dance class and then focus on legs the following day with my trainer which is why I’m only at 5 and not 8 ☺️). I’m starting to see definition, my husband is noticing, my jeans are fitting better, my energy and confidence are improving. Thank you! This works! 🙏🏼💕

I can't say enough about these 30 and 40-minute full-body workouts. Warm up, get to business immediately, challenging sets, great music, and a cool down. Your written on-screen prompts for good form are helpful to me. I like your reminders with your fingers which set we are doing and that you don't talk throughout. I am working my way through the 30 minute playlist and I think your videos are great. I love that there are no gimmicks, hectic music, shouting etc. The exercises are clearly visible and having the weights you use on screen is very helpful as I can translate this easily into my "heavy", "very heavy", "medium" etc. equivalent. Will need to get heavier weights soon though as I am already feeling stronger on week 2.

I have to say, i am absolutely loving these workouts. I have been doing them 3-4 times a week for just a few weeks and my body feels stronger already! Its great that the workouts have super sets but not rushed so i can fully focus on mind to muscle connection to really understand the purpose of each move and therefore help inprove form. Did it, Yay. Today is the start of the 3rd week of me doing your 30 minute workouts 3x a week. I started doing your 20 minute workouts every now and then and then moved onto the 30 minute workouts every now and then. I felt stronger just doing them every now. Now that I'm doing them consistently I can really tell I'm getting stronger. Thank you for putting these exercises out in the world for all us. I would have never known what to do. I love the drop down list so I can get all my weights ready in advance.

I just discovered your workouts. I was a lifelong Firm believer, and have slacked off with weights in the last few years. I'm 50 and time to get back to it -- and I love your 30 min full body workouts! There is no excuse, even with a busy calendar, to not find an hour and a half per week. I prefer to do it once and done full body rather than have to motivate every day to do upper or lower. The pace is great, music is enjoyable, and I love the fun facts that pop up on the screen during the rest periods! Thank you so much -- I just subscribed and will be a regular!

I was a runner for 33 years, used todo weight training as well and miss feeling strong. My body h.as changed at age 47. Started Cee;s workouts 3 weeks ago and what I love: the structure supersets, quiet cueing with good soundtracks in the background and easy for me to incorporate into my weekly routine. I love these workouts! 30 minutes is perfect for me. I’m 66 and have been pretty lax with resistance training for years, but I feel really good about these exercises. I am starting at lower weights, and plan to do the series again upping the weights as tolerated. Thank you!!

I'm glad I found your channel. I've been looking for a strength training exercise routine that doesn't involve HIIT, Tabata or EMOM (all forms of HIIT). These exercises are great for shedding weight and they are fun when exercising to music. However, I strictly want weight training exercises to build and sculpt muscles. Thank you so much.

I would really like to Thank you. You’ve helped me in so many more ways than just weight lifting. I used to be ashamed because people would say I look like a man or too masculine. So I didn’t touch any weights because I figured I’d look more “manly”. You’ve helped me understand that weight is strength and strength is beautiful.
