Saved! ❤ I finished up my challenge Tuesday! Had a different lower body strength class yesterday, did kickboxing today, and will do upper body strength tomorrow. I have saved a couple of the workouts you’ve posted, and plan to do one Saturday or Monday! I’ve changed up my workout schedule (more strength) but I will always include at least one of your classes each week! ❤

You are doing it the right way, upper and lower on different days. That way you can get a cardio workout in between them.

Utterly and thoroughly enjoyed it. It is 10.40 pm here and I am sweating like a pig. Great music and easy movements. No Kettlebell so I used dumbbell instead. Ideal weight for dumbbell? Looking forward to the dance tracks. Love from Malaysia.
