This has got to be one of the best strength yoga videos on the internet. I have come back to this video time and again for the past few years, and it is crazy how every single time I am humbled once again. It acts as a way to keep me in check, to know that I am not as strong and balanced as I think I am, that there is always room for improvement, and that I can be better. I've probably done this routine over 50 times now and still every time I find myself cursing at you through my breath! LOL. But its a curse of appreciation and respect. Bless up brother

I meant to say this, but I always forget. I have so much respect for you guys for always warming up our wrists before weight-bearing on it. When it's a short class, you always remind us at the beginning if it's not included and I'm grateful for that. It only takes a few minutes and so many practitioners neglect that. Sure, I can always warm up before I start a video, but if it's a class I have never taken, I never know how it's going to start.

I started to practice with this video a few months after corona started. After a few months practicing I stopped for almost a year. Now I´m coming back and I realize how much muscle I gained with this. I will try to do it 3 times a week and on the other 2 days I will jump rope. The combination of this video with jumping rope got me really fit last time so I will try to keep it up again!

OK so I did it again just now as this is a 'rest day' from kettlebells. I still struggled but fared much better. I won't say it was fun but it was challenging in a satisfying way. I like it! Anyone who thinks yoga can't build strength really needs to give this a go. What blows my mind is that this is a really hard workout but I feel light and mobile afterwards rather than like I just had my ass kicked in the gym.

This looks like a great yoga workout! Being a guy turning 50 soon, I am more concerned about flexibility and functional strength and movements. I am new to yoga, and from experience, it is WAY harder than it looks. I under-estimated it. Not any more! I love Flo's videos for men. I may never be able to do a handstand as described, but the transitions are logical and appropriate for the poses involved. I'm not a Spring chicken anymore, but I think am more athletic now than I was 20 years ago. The workouts are tough. Can't lie about it, but I am more flexible and have better posture and strength than I did 20 years ago. Finding this channel during the pandemic has made a life-style change for me. Thanks for what you do Flo!!!
