if you have elbow pain also try training your triceps a bit more as smaller arm muscles might just take over in bench or overheads (also priming triceps with bands before doing bench or overheads)

You missed two movements. Radial deviation and ulnar deviation. You can use bands or dumbbells loaded on one side only.

I was working towards the front lever with one leg out. after 3 months I started experiencing golfers pain. even rubbing my facing in the morning felt painful. 3 months later I still feel it now and then. So I will add a couple of these in there.

Another channel “creative training hacks” put me on to push ups on rings, and I don’t mean with the rings attached to the straps. I mean having the rings on the floor and at 90 degrees . This really works the grips strength and the wrists. Not easy at all , but it’s a fun skill to learn and the benefits , well you feel what can be if you try .

yeah but this is half a dozen exercises- per arm, all for high reps and with different loads. is there a single or couple of comprehensive exercises ?? heavy club swings or something
