Hey, I'm a teenager trying to get a gigantic, massive, lean and bulky physique, I'm trying to gain 200 lb of muscle (making me a 400 lb monster/Titan) and I'm trying to develop actual superhuman strength the best I can, also I want to be in peak human condition and much more powers / skills. Hopefully the training and information from this video will be helpful. I will be doing 500 push-ups, situps, pull-Ups, 50 km sprint, squats and much more.

3:35 or about that, I would say you rather need to focus on lock out and trying to hold the planche a second between reps, thats how full planche push ups are done by elite athletes, and it is because of this detail that Austin Dunham was roasted by the Barkage. Doing it as I am describing will help your planche, doing it as you are describing is the best for sheer pushing strength tho.

@@E4King i guess for now you should do some daily rehab exercises for your wrist (look up on fitnessfaqs, calimove and tom merrick's channels) and use paralletes to minimize the load on the wrists. only see a physio if the pain gets worse over time (or if you have insurance lol)

Do weights carry over to calisthenics? Basically will my planche and hs pushups get stronger if I do overheadpress
@TiaanHugovanderMerwe11 ай бұрын
no; many exercises in calisthenics are skill based. You have to practice the skill. no amount of strength gains can give you the skill.
@@psychedeliceuphoriathis guy doesn’t know what he’s talking about. an overhead press is the equivalent of a handstand pushup, with the only difference being there is no balance involved, isolating your shoulders. this in turn will strengthen your planche push ups, as the planche is a shoulder based move, and overhead press is a shoulder exercise.
