This one was great. 60 sec was long-but I see my progress from when you first introduced 62nd durations I was able to maintain and stay the entire time. Chris, I hope you are starting to feel better. Take care of yourself.

Needed a quick, no equipment, sweaty workout and this one was all of those things! This is third time I’ve done it BUT this time had a 14 week old puppy “helping”-who were caring for this week . Don't know if I did this one before but I loved it. Warm up was unique. Music was great. Moves were fun. Great question a viewer asked about motivation. I did not want to work out today, but something about a "short" 35 minute video seemed totally doable. I sit with how crappy I'm feeling and know that when I'm done, I will feel awesome. Sometimes there are legitimate reasons for not working out though and I have to figure out if that's what's going on. Do I need a nap, instead? Food? Is there a really important task (family event, errand) that is more important and weighing on me? Usually though, even if I'm tired or hungry or busy, I do the workout anyway and still have time for the nap, the meal, the errand :-)

This was a great workout in a short amount of time. I burned so many calories and was so sweaty afterwards. Thank you for posting this and I hope you feel better soon!
