I only found you this week and I had to comment! I'm about to be 40 in January, super unfit and lacking motivation, decided enough is enough and it's about time I used my step that has sat in the cupboard for 2 years!. Did 2 step workouts of yours Tuesday and Wednesday (I'm uk) and today I didn't want to workout. At all!! So I decided to scroll through your videos and found this and I did the whole thing! It was so nice to have variation and you have it in bundles. I feel more motivated than ever. Tuesday was a long step and weights workout, weds was a 20 min cardio high pace step workout and today a kickboxing workout. I'm excited about what I'll do tomorrow. So thank you for inspiring a middle aged mum from the UK to get fit for forty 😉

I was at a low point in my fitness journey, I’ve always been active but after a difficult year personally, I fell off the bandwagon for the first time in my life.
