In 2011 I built a platform with 4 transducers mounted to the substructure, with 4 theater seats on it. I see they are $299 each now, I paid $179 then which is not shocking. I recently installed the Gamer Pro on my racing office chair for sim racing and flight in VR with the Logitech z906 surround system.. Awesomeness!!!!!!!!!

I purchased the Buttkicker LFE and can't figure out how to connect it to my Pioneer Elite Reciever. I didn't buy the Buttkicker Amp. Do I need that for this to all work?

Hi, yes the LFE needs a separate amp to run properly.

The problem is that these units are overpriced for what they do. The installation can be tricky. Butt kicker really keeps all the supplies you need in stock for a seamless install. And researching the proper amps to power at least 4 of these things are hours long task. How can a company be so out of touch with its product line. That’s the truth!!

I bought the kit with 2,100w amp in 2011 and daisy chained 4. No tricky intstallation, Buttkicker sells the amp today. Sure each transducer was $179 then but so was dinner!
