There are plenty of stand alone pull up bars here in Europe. Maybe you can order one and get it sent there. I do think some of them may deliver internationally. Cheaper, also.
@GamerBody9 ай бұрын
There are a couple others on Amazon, but they are either weak versions, take up a ton of space, or don't do the basics of what I want within a confined space. Do you know any brands you like in Europe I can check?

@@BatmanISTheGame I don't think it is a scam. Seems like a decent product, a bot pricey, but from what I can tell it does what they say. I haven't used it myself, but based on reviews and seeing people test it, it looks fine.

I don't know why they don't add some small arms out of these so you essentially get a compact squat rack or barbell stand and pull up bar. Limiting to just a pull up I guess reduces cost a bit, but makes it a one trick pony for the space it takes.
@Jerry-zf3ip9 ай бұрын
Dip handles would be far more practical. And/or support for nordic curls.
@GoodDaySir9 ай бұрын
@@Jerry-zf3ip Yes, you could have those too.
@GamerBody9 ай бұрын
Yeah, in their advertising they show the use of rings with it which is fine, but I agree if they could do something like Bullbar did with dip handles that would be a good update. They have a specific product for dips already, but wouldn't hurt to add something here.
@Jerry-zf3ip9 ай бұрын
@@GoodDaySir I'm just saying squat arms would be a bit impractical. The product would have to be much heavier duty and more reinforced to be able to function as a safe squat rack.

Did you get rid of your super bench? The footprint of both seems to be the same and with the super bench you can do so much more. Of course the SB is a lot more expensive but I’m super happy with it.
@GamerBody9 ай бұрын
I LOVE the super bench and pull-up bar attachment. I sold it when I moved from TX to WA to save space, but I think about it a lot for a home gym. I agree the price is really high. V2 is way overpriced for the tiny changes they made. Still an awesome product though.

Is this a better option than a power tower? Can you do dips on this?
@GamerBody8 ай бұрын
No dips on this one. I just want it for pull-ups as I use the Lebert Fitness Equalizers. Nothing against dips on it, I just want something a bit more portable if possible that can fit in my closet when not in use - even if the Speediance is in the way as of writing this comment.

@GamerBody6 ай бұрын
I saw it, but I don't like how it is always locked in a "large" setup - I also already have the Lebert Fitness dip bars that are not locked to a certain width which I prefer. I think it is fine though if you have the space and don't mind that the bars are set at a certain width.

I own the Base Block Big Bar Plus, which I don't like. I recommend the Stamina PT 1690 Pull-Up/Dip Station, which I can even do belt squats on. I'm 67 years and 9-months old. I like doing pull-ups. I'm actually stronger as a senior citizen on Medicare than I was an active-duty United States Marine Corps 0331 M-60 Machine Gunner. The reason why is because I focused on doing partial reps to failure, which is a modification of Zatsiorsky's repeated effort strength training method to failure, which is the best way to develop muscular endurance, size, mitochondria, and capillary density. Recently, I did 5 sets of 36, 36, 33, 30, and 30 reps on the same day. The more mitochondria and capillary density you have, the more blood sugar, nutrients, oxygen, and blood flow you will have, which will increase muscular endurance and size. Full range of motion exercises is better for developing absolute strength, but pull-ups to failure is a test of muscular endurance.
@GamerBody5 ай бұрын
That's pretty insane you are stronger now than when you were in the marine corps!
