So gums are super absorbent.. Like a sponge. I Use extra virgin organic coconut oil and himalayan salt that I grind to fine powder. Brush GENTLY in circular motion for 2min.. SPIT when necessary do NOT swallow. Great health remedy as well for strong teeth and gums 💪 😃

hello there, you only need calcium if you are deficient..In reality what you need to take are vitamins D3 and K2, without those in efficient levels calcium causes major calcification problems especially if you take the synthetic form prescribed by most doctors. Excess Calcium then runs free in the bloodstream creating build up and clogging the arteries, damaging kidneys, intestines etc.. but if you take vitamin K2 along with it ,then this will put calcium in all the places it should be, the bones! Make sure to have enough of D3 also, these work synergistically in correcting any calcium issues! and unfortunately most people are deficient in this hormone/vitamin. I know this precious advice from a doctor and I hope it helped you. I suggest you do your own extended research for much more information :) take care
