Cvičení mi velmi vyhovuje svým tempem (77 let),hudba jde někdy mimo,ale stačí ztlumit, důležité jsou signály na změnu cviků - možná nezhubnu,ale baví mě to,je to jako ranní rituál 😊

Dobrý den, velmi mě těší, že se Vám naše cvičení líbí a hodí se Vám svým tempem. Souhlasím s Vámi, že hudba může být občas rušivá, ale je skvělé, že stačí ji ztlumit a důležité jsou pro Vás především signály na změnu cviků. I když možná nezhubnete, je úžasné, že Vás cvičení baví a má pro Vás význam jako ranní rit

Grazie. Bellissimi esercizi. Mi permetto di farvi notare che a meta' del video un esercizio piegamenti gamba destra non viene ripetuto sella parte sinistra😂

Podría ser con una música de energía ,entretenida .😮 Los ejercicios son increíbles pero la música .Parece un martillo en la cabeza .

Really good exercises, thanks. Question for exercise #8, we can’t do opposite, just mirror your steps. You showed the right arm with left leg, but with a mirror step, we used left arm with right leg. Is it correct? The intention is to strengthen the heart muscle?
