@kimfricker2522 that is a harsh statement. It is not ridiculous. You see joggers everyday having to wait for traffic or traffic lights etc. They keep moving, either stretching or running on the spot. This is no different, you just keep moving until the ad has finished. This content creator has done a fabulous job with these videos that you are getting at no cost to you.

i love this workout for this age..can you do only 45 second instead 50 all the videos am exhausted lol- i rather have fun & workout at the same time and not feeling exhausted..you know. thank you.
