Wow man, I really can’t thank you enough for putting such honest and detailed information into this video. I didn’t even know how to verbalize my body pains but slowly I realized it’s my back, glutes, abs and hips. And this whole video literally applies to me it’s insane. I felt like I was really meant to watch this because living with this pain constantly and restriction has stopped me from doing so much and I finally feel like I can gain control of my health again. Really appreciate and love this content brother!

Thanks so much for your content Trev. 10 year weight lifter here that just crippled my ability to lift because of shoulder and hip issues. Lost a bunch of mass. Working on mobility and healthy function now. Your videos are a ton of help. I’ve been doing the stretches and exercises. I’m really looking forward to feeling like a beast under the bar again.

I did the duck under hack #6 and found an additional exercise that builds off the same principle. Get on one knee like you do for the hip flexor stretch. One knee on the ground and then the opposite leg being the lead leg. Do dumbell side crunches in that position. Hold the dumbell in the same hand as the trail leg. So if the left leg is the lead leg, hold the dumbell in your right hand and do a side crunch on the left side. I had to find a different way to hit the same muscles as hack #6 in this video because i have an injured foot and can't plant on my right foot. Sorry if it's confusing to understand. It was harder than expected to describe an exercise in words

Thank you for this detail instruction! I suffer from APT for years due to spending most of my childhood playing games on the PC, most of the time with one leg crossed. It caused me back pain during simple weight lifts at the gym, during cardio workouts, walking and even standing - everything you said! After watching countless videos on this subject, I really think that your guide is going to give me the best results. I do think, though, that you should do this routine everyday, or at list split it so it will be everyday. Some videos even suggested *minimum* once a day.

@@LTD9392 Hello LTD, sorry for the late reply, I didnt get notified before. I had the same thing, bothered me for ages and couldnt figure out what it was. It might be a bit hard to word it but here it goes. It is the muscle complex on the side of the hip (under the hipbone) and near the glutes that connect to the side leg muscles (and knees eventually as well). If you press really hard with your thumb in this area where your hip and leg connects, so on the side of your body (especially while making strange angles with your whole leg, and especially with your knee up (like a muythai leg block) pointing inward or fully outward) you will probably feel the soreness in these muscles, try and press firmly in this area with certain movements to find it. For reference I think its related to the Tensor Fascia Lata or very near/combination with certain "hip flexors" (as aside note: I believe there are like 26 muscles comprising the "hip flexor complex"). Somehow it took me so long to find this as the soreness radiated to other places which made me think it was something else/deeper etc

I have knee, ankle, and foot issues as well. I'm right handed and my left side is much weaker. I'd like to start repairing my body but can you please tell me where to start with all these issues. Should I start with strengthening the hips? Please help. I haven't been able to sit for more than a few minutes in the last few months because of my hip issue.
